Thank you so much for this! I was trying to figure out how to cut metal corners so I can decorate a box that has a flap opening. Now I can make the corners from cardboard and cut them in such a way that the flap will open.
gorgeous, Tinne, really gorgeous!!! Thanks you so much!!!!
Wonderful, as are all your tutorials. Note, I took a short cut and painted one side of my cardboard first, then drew the circles and marks on the other side. I punched the holes and then cut them out. For the round corners, I used my circle punch on the painted side and then made the cross marks. Worded well for my clumsy hands.
Please make a tutorial on the box! I really love your tutorials and downloads!
This is fantastic thank you Tinne for this cool idea.
Very clear tutorial and a great idea.
Hi Tinne, you are amazing! Thank you😉
THEY LOOK SO GREAT AWESOME WORK
Greetings from California! You are a delight to watch and listen to, so funny and full of energy. I am going to try your project here on my personal diaries from 2014 to present!! P.S. For the brads, I think I might cut off the tops of thumb tacks and glue down before painting, although those might prove to be too big for smaller projects. Thanks for sharing!
I love this easy and reasonably priced idea. Please make tutorial on box. 😍
Tanna Bella Agree with you 👍

Great tutorial, thank you! Once the method is known we can make the corners out of thin brass as well as chipboard, or silver ones with the metal from aluminium cans! Really useful!

Thank you for sharing! It might help you have better control if you use smaller scissors!
Fabulous tutorial. Is the ink a pigment ink or oxide please
I really enjoyed this and you did a great job explaining the process. It is not as intimidating as I thought. I would like to see a video tutorial on how to make the box. Is it possible to turn your volume up when you record? I had mine turned up all the way and still had trouble hearing. Thank you.
Thanks for the feedback, Sandra, it's very helpful and we'll take care of that in the future.
Have you tried the self~adhesive wide metal tape which you can buy at hardware store to cover your card instead of painting!!
This is great and you are very beautiful.
Could put brads on first before attaching to box.
VectoriaDesign please please can you do corners for a book cover!🥀
I'm developing the idea as we speak, I so much want to do that!
Can you make faux metal book plates?
.Thank you for the tutorial :) Just a tip that I hope help you...To release the punch from the cardboard piece instead of twisting it and bending your cardboard....Just press down that metal frame on the punch and it will push the piece away from the punch without damaging your work :)
Thank you SO much!
I absolutely love this!!! The box too!!! So I also love using trash and have a series of TH-cam videos coming out that I have actually titled Trash To Treasure and I love that is what you called this :) My video that is about cardboard food containers won't be out until September and I would love to mention you in the video and provide a link to your video so they can see how you did this. I hope that is acceptable to you. My first Trash To Treasure video using glass jars and bottles will be public next week. Also, I am a new subbie :) Hugs...Janie
You may always link to our video's, Janie, gladly! I just subscribed to your channel too ^^
