The heat in AZ wouldn't be a problem for me b/c it's a dry heat, not a humid heat.
True until july monsoons bring in the rains. Even 115 isnt horrible if you can hide in the shade but when it rains you got 3 days after where you cant hide from it.

Arabian Way in Paradise Valley (properly named). That one has the wow factor because of each and every ceiling. Although Arizona is not for me. Too much desert. Put this house in a bit cooler for a climate and I'd grab it!

Dude...you lie. House is for sale for 32 million dollars with no zestimate listed. It has been on the market for about 13 months without a price drop. At this point I'm kind of surprised they think they could still get 32 million for it.
