I think the home builder...being the main ones owning the land and selling semi custom homes within some locations, get to decide who wins and with the information gathered I suspect they have a clear understanding of who to give the home to in the end....that's speculation of them having more control over who wins over another person...it could be based on income, name, and so on in targeting a demographic that fits that locations aesthetics. Mark my words ...because my predictions are usually accurate.
#2 Skysphere has a major problem. It was designed as a hang out place to invite friends..but as mentioned you need to climb up/down a ladder.but here is the problem... there is No Bathrom. No thanks.
