I applied to 12 Cali schools: 7 UCs (all except Merced, Davis and obviously SF) USC and 4 CSUs (CSUF, CSULB, CSULA, CSUN). I got rejected from UCB and USC and wftlisted to UCSC and CSUN because I applied for an impacted major at CSUN. Congratulations on your acceptances!! I know it's a stressful time of year and I'm not very reactive either. My reactions are always "Yes I got in :)" or my first acceptance letter (CSULA) was "What do they mean by admit?" 😂

probably because she didn't do any other private schools. doing common app on top of UC and CSU app takes a lot of time and that might not be worth it for one extra school thats also pretty competative
