Sir, a big fan from India. I have watched all your videos, and after my job I make some time for my boxing training. Thank you so much sir for giving so much knowledge of boxing in free of cost.
Have you tried the 2nd combination? Did your opponent fall on the feint? Watch next: Master Hitting the Heavy Bag for Boxing: th-cam.com/video/QGJIBjZISB4/w-d-xo.html
Tony, this was brilliant as always. I'm amazed that the first two combinations (4 and 3) are actually some of the first combinations I learned, and some of my favorites also. Helps me improve my distance awareness and foot work, and also my right hook, which I think is often hard to get right for beginners.
I still practice your fav 4 combos (with 3 body shots). I've got several memorized, but those are a go-to if I don't have much time. Edit: I will certainly learn all these, mainly for exercise but it also kills 2 birds with one stone. So it's jump rope for 1.5 hours, lunges (with and without weights carrying a slam ball), bosu ball pushups (triceps), ab workout 8 minutes, then shadow boxing until can't go no more about 20-30 combos sets of 5 with kicking. Throughout the week on my workdays I do pullups and chinups (with or without rifle-level body armor) every chance I get. It's my system in my 40s and still work 60 hours a week.
Tony is a absolute legend good teacher at what he does I’ve learnt a lot just watching these videos my boxing has taken a huge leap in the last few months!
I've practised combination number 3 a lot. It is probably the simplest combination I use ATM. I struggled at first though, throwing the Left Jab feint, then the Long Left Hook preceding the Right Cross. If I'm honest, out of about 25 - 30 kickboxing combinations I now use, usually 4 - 9 techniques in each combo, nearly all the recent combinations, probably more than half, are influenced by Tony Jeffries' punching combinations. So many of these videos made by Tony have been invaluable to my training.
112step back 2-121lean right 4-1b1b fake 1b 3 2-6 fast straight punch big left hook to the body big right hook to the head . Man I love these combinations 🎉🎉
Loving your content! You're an engaging instructor👍. 10 years of martial arts here. Your punches are better than mine, lol. The mechanics are fascinating. TY for sharing.
Hey Tony. I would like to see a video about the use of the shoulders for power in punching. I also love your self defense videos and would like to see more of them. As far as length of videos I watch all your videos completely regardless of length and I can't say the same for anyone else's. That being said I prefer ten minutes or less. Thank you for making your videos. I really enjoy learning from them.
Hey Tony love your videos! Could you possibly do one on top tips for beginner southpaws like stance, footwork all the basics and break it down and explain why that would be brilliant thank you!!
My favorite combo is a 1-1-2 followed by a lead hook to the body from an orthodox stance. If that body hook connects hard, it's basically a killshot to the liver.
Hi Tony, still loving your content and definitely helping me improve! Sometimes I’m lucky enough for someone to hold target pads for me at home, do you have any videos on sessions for this?? Preferably real beginner stuff?? Cheers, keep up the great work
Amazing. As always. Gave me a lot to think about. Especially of importance of who is holding the mitts!! Especially as a beginner, it could really make my technique even worse 😂. Cheers again. Best content on YT by far.
yeah, Kyle, one of my favorite combos. Have you watched this Kyle? th-cam.com/video/7alYtkg_6mU/w-d-xo.html You can check all my videos here: th-cam.com/users/TonyJeffries1videos

I always get countered when I do the jab to the body, very dangerous punch to implement if you don't have a long reach
