I saw your local news interviews about the restaurant restrictions you were dealing with and I totally agreed with what you were saying about how you and the other restaurants in San Diego were being more than compliant with the restrictions. It was great that the outdoor area was considered a park so you could stay sort of open and have "some business". It was a shame you had to let 90% of your staff go :-( I just heard/read today that all the restaurants in the San Diego area just had their restrictions lifted! Your message got across to somebody and I'm very happy for Not Not Tacos, Samwich, Samburger, Graze and all the other Little Italy restaurants can finally open for full business as well as all of the food industry in the San Diego area. What a great Christmas present to give your staff by telling them they can come back to work, or most of them anyway. If and when I make it out to San Diego I will eat at all 4 of your restaurants, the ones that I am aware of anyway. I have enjoyed making some of the food you make in your videos but it would be enjoyable having it made "your way" and probably the best way :-) With that being said...best of luck to you and have a great time enjoying the holidays with your family. I made this tonight and it was a big success! I love the flour bacon in the oven! I blackened the chicken and finished it in the oven! I made a ranch packet since we didn’t have the fresh herbs but I will try that version later. I made the garlic butter toast and assembled! My 16yo daughter who doesn’t really eat bacon took one bite and said, “Oh Hell Yeah! You got to make this again!” So this Chicken Bacon Ranch is added to the recipe rotation. Love it! Thanks!

We do burgers with peanut butter, bacon, and jalepenos. People look at us like we are weird, but then they try them and can't believe how good they are.
MANY years ago, on BBC tv early evening news/entertainment show [late 1970's/early 1980's] one of the presenters did a feature on Jimmy Carter and the fact that he put pb on his burgers. Everyone, incl me said 'YUK! Sounds horrendous!'. The presenter then did a live taste test and went WOW!! Pretty much ever since I have pb on my home-made burgers, sooo brilliant, but when you think about it everyone doesn't think twice re beef/chicken satay which it effectively is. DELISH as we say in England!!

I just made the beer cheese dip but subbed beer brats for the bacon. Phenomenal! The dip with bacon is equally fantastic, but you’ve gotta try it with brats! I removed them from their casing before frying up, then followed the recipe from there.
When I have the “munchies” the first couple come off as a project to me.. lol Munchies one and two were better imo. But still fantastic job none the less. Made the garlic bread for Christmas appetizer and they demolished it!! Used 2 of the smaller loaves and made each one with different cheese!! Huge hit!! Thanks Sam!!
I work at Texas roadhouse... and our favorite quick breakfast which is nothing so extreme as in this video.. but we use scrap dough throw them in a fryer and mix cinnamon and sugar I think we do like 1/2 cup sugar and 2-3 tbsp of cinnamon.. depends on the person, but as soon as they get out of the fryer it gets coated in then mix.. may have to try the last recipe with this. Mildly adjusted
