@@BuTcheR-p9k no, advice from ortho consultant was, I can take it out, but if it's not bothering you then leave it alone. After frozen shoulder for a year the prospect of risking FS again was simply too high
I wish all physiotherapists were this knowledgeable and proactive with patients… mostly they slap some type of machine or device in you, give you exercises and hope for the best… no actual care about the patient individually. At least that’s what’s it’s like in Canada.
