The jail two hour episodes are good
Going to scare my nieces and nephews straight about drugs before they even think about trying them with a few of these videos. They’re 12,13,16 &17. Then my own twins in a couple years. They’re only 8 right now.
Get to work with your nieces and nephews. I knew a girl who OD’d at age 17 in 1997 before fentanyl was around. Kids were smoking pot at age 12. Something else you can do to help them is to be a soft place to land if they experience hardship. 70%+ of addicts who are surveyed have stated that they had at least one source of trauma in childhood but no way to cope. I healed pain leads to 70% of addiction 😢
Aunties & uncles are the best for that stuff. I always make sure to pull my 11 YO nephew aside at family dinners and have a heart to heart w him & my kids’ auntie does the same w my kids. Special bond
Unfortunately even with good role models, preteens and teens are easily influenced by their own peer group. Teach them to be a good judge of others and ulterior motives.

the WORST assignment ever??? do you mean the BEST?? they do very little (from what we see on this show anyway) compared to other cops, it’s very easy and they also have an extremely interesting and entertaining job. there’s probably never a dull day.

Puppy mill puppies are what are sold at pet stores .The fact that the puppy they wanted was at a Vet Clinic tells you these puppies can and do have issues both heath and personality . They don't tend to be like well bred and raised puppies

Alcohol has got to be the worst drug on the planet and that is legal. That last woman's charges sound like BS to me. She was arrested because she was near crack or near someone who was in possession of it.
As a citizen of United States I completely understand that anything can make a police officer tip toe because they don’t understand why cops get the way they do..I know I wouldn’t survive in jail or prison because I’m easily upset or just can’t follow orders easily due to a lot of noise

Not one of those girls was pretty. I don't use prostitutes, I never did. I don't like the idea of having to pay for sex. I respect them as human beings, but no thanks. Knowing what they did before seeing me it would kill the mood dead. No, not for me.
Prostitutes has more to do with body type, just like porn. They don't have to be pretty, they have to the job. And like porn you have good porn and bad porn.

That misuse of 911 is such bs. One of our 8yo twins called by mistake with one of the new emergency features on his iPhone and hung up immediately. Since no one responded to the call we had no idea until we got a notice for my husbands warrant over it. How is it abusing services and no one came anyway? They didn’t have an answer but still wanted to be paid. $500 fine.
I’ve never heard of any consequences unless a person calls repeatedly.

@@Suki-Tawdry it’s actually 2 of the brats. Boy-Girl twins after being told since I was a teen that I would not be able to have children. They’re amazing, respectful and take their education more serious than most college kids. Of course they can have iPhones if they want. (But between me and you, it’s actually for me! They call their grandparents to save them from the smallest things and my parents are outside blowing in no time. I admit to doing little things on purpose so that they will call to be rescued). Win-Win.

Officer Nicole is the best. I haven't seen this one. They should make a TV show or comic book about these officers.
Women tend to like her, I don't. She lectures too much, plays to the camera and even provokes inmates at times. I can't see that someone who makes a living chaining up women is in any position to lecture other people about the right way to live their lives.
I prefer female Officer Jaimie Joiner who appears in episodes set in the Portland OR jail.
@@davemathews7890officer Joiner is my fav also. She’s not in Portland. She’s here in Vegas. She just doesn’t get featured much because they always have Nicole front and center. Officer Joiner is so kind and patient with everyone. Nicole has let her true self slip out a few times. Power trip like it could never be her or her daughter.

I actually like nearly all of the officers who appear on this show, both male and female. Sometimes, they seem a little too happy to pepper spray or use force, but it's easy to criticize when you're not working in a jail intake like they are. I don't know how the jail staff act when the cameras aren't on but at least the "Jail" show presents an ideal that they seem to try to live up to.
@@davemathews7890officer Gordon! She is wonderful. She deserves her title for sure. Whenever there’s a scuffle, as the officers peel off, she was one of the first ones on. A lot of females get out of the way when more male officers arrive.
The red head kid cop in Tulsa is the only one I’ve noticed who seems to walk with pepper spray in one hand and his taser in the other. I do hate when they pull inmate’s hair though. It seems extremely unnecessary and does nothing but understandably aggravate them more. It’s an abusive thing to do to someone in handcuffs.
