53:30. There is a way to talk to someone that is respectful and that way was not it. That officer was showing off for the camera by being sarcastic and condescending. That man was confused and trying to tell him about his girlfriend's prescription. True or not, he didn't have to be treated that way. The officer was nice to him as he was leaving the jail and that was nice to see.
