Thanks for this! I just bought a 2011 Nissan Versa with an IMPECCABLE interior, and I was looking to give the car that one step up. This is exactly what I needed for radio installation.
Looking into upgrading my radio for Christmas- I have the buttons on my steering wheel that control the radio station and volume. Would they still work if I changed out the radio for a touch screen?
Very helpful thank you. I don't know, but I've been told, unplugging the passenger airbag indicator will trip the air bag light once it is all back together. (would need to re-initialize airbag system to get it to go out). Can anyone verify?
Thinking of getting this car as my second car . Just for daily commute and around the city and doordashing on the side . The couple prices I saw was 3k with 129k miles and a 3500 with 132k miles on it . Think those are good prices ? Currently drive a 2013 hyundai genesis coupe 2.0t
We have owned the one in the videos since around 30k miles. The only issue we had was the CVT trans going out at 132k miles which is expensive to replace. I would stay away from the CVT on a higher mileage one unless its been replaced at some point. I would assume 2-3k price point would be average for one in really good shape.
Hi, I have 2010 Nissan Versa and I bought a double din car stereo from Dual Tech. Its working just fine but the trim bezel that it came with the new car stereo doesn't fit. How can I adjust the brackets so I can hopefully move the car stereo back a little. It seems I can put the trim since there is space at the bottom and both sides but not the top.
I believe that wire is intended for if you have a power antenna. Since these versas do not have that, it is not connected to anything. If there was a power antenna, I believe it would be connected to the same blue wire coming out of the receiver that goes to the amp (also blue).
Without damaging your wristwatch, super good job. Thank you for this instructional video. ❤️

15:49 Thank you!
Of all the forums I've read and videos I've watched you're the only one who has mentioned these cables.
I wish I had a person with such knowledge of how to fix or replace a ignition switch
Thanks for your helpful video, which helped me track down the handbrake switch for the head unit interlock.
Good video I got me my Nissan recently and gonna started working on it
this helped man, thank you! every other video just showed how to get the panels off
Great job 👏 very informative!

Typically the trim that comes with the stereo don't work with every car. I bought a trim kit made specifically for the Versa.
What did you hook the blue antenna wire to

What size is it??
