Reactions Live Monday, Wednesday, Friday At 5pm: Disney TRICKED Everyone With Disney+ / kenknows / kenknows / kenknows / kenknows Main Channel: / @kenknowsit #Kenknows
This is literally like the south park episode with ITunes back in the day. You sign a contract for a random service and later you find out you gave away all your rights.
this can't hold up court, like this can't hold up in court. like how do you use a streaming service to defend yourself from a death lawsuit in court?! even if Disney won, how does this end well for them? they literally murdered someone! that right there should be prison time or something. Disney would be seen as the company or theme park that kills.
I agree, Disney has turned evil on this. I hope they lose in court. Otherwise any and all companies will just write their end user agreements in such a way the law and Constitution will be null and void.
Disney isn't the dungeon boss, it's the Secret Final Boss, unlocked at the end of the game if you collect all the items, that throughout the game kept proving itself to be a corrupt business but that also fought against the main villain of evil politicians.
I genuinely do not believe a court would enforce Disney’s claims. It’s a cowardly scare tactic, and while I’m not certain, I don’t believe such agreements can be enforced.
As much as I want to support the official streaming service, this isn't helping. Piracy gives you access to everything in 1 place, no ads, watch whenever you want without any subscription cost and now apparently you won't get sued by the company for even trying it. Really, after their terrible live action remakes all failing, their animated shows often failing (with some success with older animators like incredibles 2 and inside out 2 who are the exception to the rule) and the fact they took one of the top 5 most well-loved and profitable franchises, Star Wars and made it one of the least liked and less successful today? You'd think disney wants to avoid something like this, maybe get into peoples good books and apologise for this but I guess not.... It's a pity, I know Disney likely hasn't always been innocent but, I doubt they were this bad in the past.

Alternate title: why Disney is encouraging piracy.

That’s sickening I’ll be praying for the family

This should absolutely be criminal and should result in jail time or something

good thing, someone shares their account with me and i haven't officially signed up . This is evil. Shows where humanity is going
The main guy from one of the Saw movies was targeted for doing shit like this in an insurance company
pretty sure a judge just ruled this as a criminal act so people can sue now.
this some final boss levels of villainy LMFAO
It's "amazing" to see how greedy and irresponsible a multi billion dollar company can be
Alternate title: Piccolo vs mickey, Who wins?
Thanks Doc
What is going on here is something called arbitration. This means that rather than court dealing with disputes, it's a different, neutral third party.
I thought it was fake news because it's so scummy... hope it is, or else that's way the heck too much.
Man, is Disney being ruined by Disney villains?
Do not get Disney plus.
