The difference in amplitude could be because of reflection. Were the outputs of the generators set to HiZ or 50Ohm? The oscilloscope should also match these impedance. Are the cables of the same length? thanks for the comparison.

Probabilmente è dovuto ai filtri passabasso in uscita diversi tra i due modelli. A 40 Mhz siamo comunque al limite di banda per il SDG2042X
