1. No hacer rotación externa de cadera excesiva que provoque que tú arco del pie caiga (pronación del pie). 2. Mantente derecho durante la ejecución del plié. 3. Hacer el plié en 2 tiempos al bajar, 2 tiempos al subir. No relajar al bajar y quedarse ahí. (Es como el queso fondue, la misma cantidad de tiempo que usas para bajar es exactamente la misma para subir) 4. Haz de cuenta que tus pies se encargan en el suelo y tú coronilla va en dirección al techo, cielo. Son como dos flechas, una ensartandose en el piso la otra hacia el cielo. 5. Al ejecutar el plié, flexionar sintiendo el trabajo muscular y al regresar extendiendo las rodillas también se debe extender por completo de manera que trabaje el cuádriceps.

thank you Masha! I've actually been working on my pile during quarantine to help with jumps and pointe work, and I'm so happy you made a video of your tips! Cant wait to try them. I have a very shallow plie and what I've been thinking of is letting gravity do its work and accepting it so that my pile isn't dry and goes to its fullest range. thanks for your tips and can't wait for more:)

Could you do one on pirouettes or balance? Whenever I do a pirouette I always wobble and can barely do 1 without wobbling. That’s where the balancing part comes in.
when we do demi plie we have to be like an elevator. The legs are bent and we go down, and the upper part of the body is pulled in the opposite direction and so we stretch in 2 directions. That's how I explain it
