How to make a Vintage/Retro style sign out of wood (No CNC)

Made a present for a friend who's opening a cigar lounge nearby. Photoshopped a little doodle first, then cut with a jigsaw out of 3/4 inch plywood. Sanded, painted and de-stressed with sand paper plus the wire drill attachment.
Very happy with how it came out.

What is CNC?

CNC machine aka Computerized Numerical Control - the machines you see that would cut something like this via computer rather than by hand. There's a bunch of different types like computerized router, plasma jet, water jet etc.
