Maybe you dont have to work for Google, Amazon, or Microsoft? There are plenty of industries that need SWEs that will offer a healthy work-life balance

@@johntran-qj5itthe big tech companies are often better than small businesses or startups that have a much higher chance of failure.
You just have to realize, you can’t tank a company like Microsoft or Amazon by demanding WLB and that pip culture is just a manipulation tactic
