Thanks for watching, comments welcome! Contact me if interested, as this is currently for sale. When I researched around 7 years ago, these were going for around $5k for used ones. So I am looking to start around there for pricing. It will depend on where it's going and who's interested in it. Cheers!

As a collector I would like one of these but are too rare and expensive. It sounds like a mellow melodica. The tubes round out the raspy reed sound somewhat.

Overall a solid product! I'd play it, or mount it on the underside of one of my organs with a clear vinyl tubing extending the mouthpiece.
I'm sure tremolo effects can be done using breath control, but might have been cool to have a simple battery operated revolving shutter, or better yet a coil spring powered shutter and a long slide lever along the top to tension it with visual feedback of the position of the lever.

I didn't know you didn't have your music store anymore. When did you retire? Anyway, I absolutely love the sound of this thing. Lord knows I would buy it although I live in Canada though.

Yes, I had too many side businesses running, and shut this one down. I will keep the videos up for reference though, and may post from time to time, just for fun.
I would ship this to Canada. I have had great experience shipping there - much faster than to the USA.

Maybe it just comes with being financially challenged, but I've never bought something unique and never taken it out of the box. Interestingly, my sister was one of the first E ba/yers, before it was even called that, and I bid on a used red metal Hohner Melodica and won! 13 bux. I was hooked. I used Spellsaver (a site that generated misspellings of the 'bays listings titles, for years before the 'bay did it themselves...bummer!) to win a Bonvicini Pianochord ('Electrocord) "accordiAN" instead of Accordion. Since it was misspelled it wasn't seen and my 30 dolr biid one. I've always been a deal magnet. - SAVE THE ORGANS

Hello good evening, how are you!
How much does this beautiful instrument cost today?
How much would it cost to send it to Brazil?

Sorry, but this has been sold to a composer student, who is also making good use of it. Cheers!

I think you might have gotten a little tongue tied with its name. I just want to make the point, this is a ClaviOLA - says it right on the instrument. The ClaviNOVA is a trademark of Yamaha, and is used on their digital piano instruments.
It's a really unique sound though - almost like a very mellow clarinet. Certainly something I've never seen before.
Finally, dog reveal please? Would love to see a duet with you and pup!!

I know, I know. I wanted to say Claviola, but we have a Yamaha e-piano at home, so I get the names mixed up.
We have a panda colored Maltipoo. She's real cute. I think I have her featured in the Corso video I did semi-recently. Cheers!

"I never opened this box before".
    LOL -- what *bullshit.*
No one buys an expensive musical instrument that is unlike anything else ever made . . . and then lets it sit there for 30 years, unopened.

I think his only pass is he owned a music store, and has a "collector bug" that apparently gets precedence over his music love. (Yeah right, and he owned a music store). I'm 59 and I'll never understand humans.
