Beside you, obsisiously, your mom is trully the real MVP in this vlog! by keeping you laughing when you were down, by feeding the nurses to get you the nicest room and by remaining clam at the end! Wow such a good person to have there for you, your son will love this video when he will watch it later in life❤
14:54 - "I'm not worried about being in trouble" hahaha - this cracked me up. I had an emergency C-section due to meconium as well and, I too, had the severe shaking. I'm praying you are recovering well from your C-section - mine was rough and I never wanted to do it again (and I didn't - 2 VBAC's after that). Jesse is beautiful and I absolutely love love love his name! Congratulations Rachel & AJ!
@@RachelVinn I did go into labor naturally with both of them before 40 weeks. My 2nd baby I had a 14hr labor with an epidural. My 3rd, I had a much shorter labor where they broke my water when I was 4cm and I progressed to 10 within 30 minutes so no time for epidural. My Dr. put in my chart "do NOT break water for any future labors". lol. (I didn't have anymore though). Obviously my unmedicated birth was the most painful, but the recovery was a dream! I would prefer either one of them to the C section though! Two thumbs down to that!
I WAS JUST about to comment it, I am truly so happy for you both mom and dad. That moment between you and AJ was so special to see😢❤ congratulations !!!!!❤️🙏🏽
I’ve never been this happy for someone I don’t even know. You are so strong it’s truly inspiring. Being a mom is the best ❤ AJs support for you is beautiful 😭
Your mom is awesome. But I held it together till the very end up till you said " I can't believe this is my baby"😭My emotions couldn't be controlled, I lost it. I cried so hard. He is the cutest baby. Congratulations you guys❤❤❤
Hi… Also pregnant and been following your whole journey from the very beginning - and we’re just weeks apart, so I’ve been pretty much doing everything around the same time you are - so it’s really emotional to see this birth finally happen.. I don’t personally know you but can tell you’re already the best mom. Welcome to the world baby Jesse! ❤
Rachel & AJ, congratulations on a safe and healthy delivery for your baby boy! I’ve been watching your blogs for many years and have cried & laughed along with you and your IVF journey. So beautiful to witness God’s goodness through the delivery of your baby and blessings to come for your growing (& cute) family ❤
Your momma is such a blessing!! I can tell you two have such a special connection and I’m sure her presence gave you so much peace throughout your birth journey & clearly so many laughs!! I started watching your videos when I was looking for IVF/Egg retrieval process videos after having my daughter via a crash c-section this February. My birth was traumatic and our daughter was in the nicu for 2 months from birth complications and my husband and i both wanted to make embryos after that so we didn’t have to go through that again. The first video of yours I saw was the day you posted the video of you finding out you were pregnant & I have followed your entire journey since. I don’t know you but I’m so happy for you and love watching all of your vlogs! Enjoy your little man and I pray for you that you get all the rest you need and recover quickly!! 🫶🏻♥️
This video made me cry 🥹😭 made me remember when my baby was born a year ago 😭 sweet memories!! Congratulations!!!! Cherish these moments, they pass by so fast!!!
I’ve never been this happy for someone I don’t even know. ❤you did great. what your mom did to make you feel calm was really touching. Love her and love you🤩
Oh, Rachel, I’m in tears of full joy! God is so good! Congrats! I’ve watched since the beginning and prayed for you and your family along the way. Welcome to the world Jesse John!💙
I wasn’t expecting to feel emotional watching this but seeing you go through a tough labor after watching your vlogs the last year made me feel so teary! You are soooo strong! Congratulations you’ll be an amazing mom! 🎉
Chills! My first was born via emergency c-section (she was also sunny side up) and seeing your experience brought me right back. The moments were scary but you immediately forget the trauma when you hear that cry and get to finally meet your baby. You’re so strong and he’s so perfect. Your mom and AJ were amazing support for you. Congrats!
You are inspiring! Through all the hardships of getting to your baby boy to having your baby boy while being so calm and collected. You are a rockstar! Been here through it all and I am so so happy for you and your family! ❤️
On the stairmaster at the gym trying not to cry my eyes out. My induction was so similar so this brought back so many memories. I’m so happy for you and AJ, Rachel! The Lord blessed you! You did amazing and I’m praying for your whole family ❤
Rachel you have me in tears my pregnant self can’t handle all of this emotion - you were so damn strong! It really shows how resilient women are. You holding your son just melted me . He is such a big perfect boy!!!❤❤❤❤❤
You are so strong and inspiring as a woman, a mom, a wife, a daughter, everything! This is the most beautiful vlog. Thank you so much for sharing such an intimate moment with us. Congratulations to you and your family
Why did the beginning of this video and reading that make me burst into tears? Congratulations X a million! What a blessing. I am happy everyone is ok.
Congratulations Rachel! So happy for your little family. My son was a face presentation too. He’s 27 now. I had to have an emergency c section as well. All the best to you!
Oh my gosh, seeing you laying there after having your baby was so relatable. I had a very similar experience with my first. By the time I had my emergency c section I was so exhausted and physically unable to hold my baby. It was heart breaking. I remember they asked if I wanted to hold and nurse her but I knew I’d drop her because I was so exhausted from the 2 days of labor and no food. Your amazing. Don’t forget it.
I'm not crying, you're crying!! Thank you for sharing from your infertility to your birth story. It makes me feel less alone due to my story being very similar. God bless your family 💕
Oh my God! I have cried so much. I am so happy your baby and you are doing good. I am closed to 5 months with my IVF miracle. Cant wait to meet him. Have learned so much from your videos. Many blessings
Girlll! Idk how you did this! you’re incredible 😭🩵🩵 such a trooper. i’m so sorry you had to go through those 4 full days only to have a c-section at the end! you’re a freakin rockstar ⭐️💙💙 I’m being induced 11/20.. praying i’m as strong as you were!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Congratulations, Rachel, on the arrival of Jesse! You were so brave throughout this rocky journey, so glad you were in such good hands, and your mom was particularly amazing throughout. Such a wonderful moment for your family!
I am currently expecting (20 weeks) and I’m so appreciative that you shared this! So sweet!! Congrats to you guys, may the Lord Bless your family abundantly 🙏🏼❤️
So emotional watching this after my baby was born in June. I’m so glad everyone is here and healthy even if things didn’t go as smoothly as you hoped. Hope your recovery goes well ❤
As a fellow IVF warrior I was so excited to see this 💕 you are absolutely amazing! My birth was the same, induction into emergency c-section because of no progression. That’s your baby and you did this 🎉 congratulations!!
I stumbled on your ttc videos like a year ago and saw how frustrating the journey can be..now you have a precious baby boy!!!congratulations to you and Aj, Jesse will be so loved.
Aww the end made me teary remembering how my labor ended in a c section. I was induced for 24 hours but my baby was not responding well to the induction so I had to get a c section. Thankfully it wasn't emergency. I never reached active labor. You are amazing for pushing through a 4 day induction. At least they let you eat. My hospital staff was very strict to the clear liquid diet so I wasn't allowed to eat real food for about 36 hours. During my c section I just kept thinking how I was hungry but I still had to wait several hours after to eat even a cracker. I hope you are recovering well at home and doing well. Congrats.
It’s ridiculous how US hospitals won’t allow you to eat while in labor. There has been tons of research showing that not eating during labor is cruel and outdated, yet American hospitals continue to ignore the latest research on labor and birth smh
Congratulations on the baby and being a family of 3. God bless you all I remember when i had my daughter 11yrs ago, i am scared of giving birth again due to what that experience was like.😂😂😂
Bless you and your beautiful family!! I really feel like you and I could be best friends and it’s so weird to find a creator on TH-cam that you can relate SO MUCH with. IVF sisters and our boys both so close together. I went in for my scheduled induction on Oct 17 and ended up getting a c section Oct 18 at night (totally not our plan). The hardest part for me was not being able to do skin to skin immediately with him and being so shaky I couldn’t even hold him for a while. So proud of you, such a beautiful warrior!! Congrats again, he is so cute 🥹❤️ Edit: my boy was also born with an angels kiss on his forehead❤
I seriously never clicked faster! I’ve been thinking of you guys a ton! Said a few prayers!! This is so full circle girlie and I’m just over joyed for you guys!!! He’s so perfect!!!!! I’m 25w2d and I’m so nervous (it’s my 5th lol) ahhhh
Oh rachel, thank the lord this baby is earth side and well and so handsome. So extremely proud of your journey and looking forward to the mom content, I have a 4mnth old and every single day despite the tiredness is worth the joy!
