weird thing the coolant left in the cylinder/head, normally it drains out with the radiator... just done a top end on my yz (with a Wossner piston too) and didn't had coolant left in the cylinder/head after draining it. I've just install the Vforce 4x and the GYTR flywheel, and man that bike rips now, next upgrade on my list is a Smartcarb. Great video!

I find it wired to have a coolant there and I thought the same which is shod be drained out like you said. Whit the right parts install this bike can be a lot of fun for sure!

@roberturmosi-dirtbike-atv the bike has a coolant drain bolt on the water pump housing it's the lowest bolt which has a copper washer on it

Hey bud 👋 I’m relatively new to the race bikes. I’ve had a trail bike before. I’m looking at either the YZ250 or YZ250F my question to you is what would you recommend while considering maintenance and rebuilds?

Hey there, far as maintenance the 4 strokes are better they need less maintenance then the two strokes. On the side the 23 250f has a timing chain issue which get fixed on the 24. Also the 4 strokes has more linear power than the YZ250 which can help you ride safe if you are new to this

That old piston could have done another 50hrs with new rings.
