it sounds like your hair is extremely overprocessed by both heat and chemicals. there is no repairing that. overprocessed hair is permanent damage and has to be cut off otherwise it will just break off on it's own eventually.
I can't give you a consultation over the Internet I suggest you seek out a professional cosmetologist and get their opinion on the condition of your hair
