    Very helpful in so many ways. I have finally been able to calm myself down when it comes to my as I call it "hair care" day. I try to use this day to access my hair. Your video really has "clarified" ;), why my hair does seem to break no matter what. The normal healthy breakage we just receive with our hair type versus unhealthy. I truly think those that have this hair type need to keep loving it for what it is and accept that it has different rules and that is another reason why I appreciate your channel so much. It's nice to see the hair love. Thank You

    This was very good. My hair's growing beautifully and I almost never get split ends. But my ends are very prone to thinning (strand C). Keeping my ends extra moisturized helps a lot.

    I noticed with my hair I have breakage due to me transitioning out of my previous hair color & stress. I'm seeing less shed hairs and more breakage; tiny little hairs. I'm long overdue for a trim and once I trim my hair I know my hair will respond better to my protein/moisture balance treatments that I've been keeping up with lately.

    LOVED THIS VIDEO! I always wondered how my hair was doing because I have thick density, but fine strands. I look at my hairs from time to time and thought that those "kinks" could be damage, even though they have good elasticity and strength balance. My hair only needs a trim once a year, and now I can get away with only a dusting once a year. Even then, it's just barely since I can count split hairs on my hand and they're less than even a centimeter. I'm glad to know my strands are naturally like that! I appreciate this video! 💘 💘 💘

    Great video. I always examine my shedded air and use them to try certain product i'm not sure of. I also have those mid split, it's like a hole in the strans, hate them

    I see all of that when I look in the mirror smh. I take good care of my hair, always have and yet something is always going on with my hair strands. My hair is thick, it's still growing etc so I stopped worrying about it. Nice to know I'm not the only one with those types of strands on my head 😀

      +AfrikanHairGod Yes! Since you're awake I'd like to ask a question. When I try to straighten my hair, it starts to revert almost immediately. Do you have any suggestions on how to combat this? Or what could be the cause?

    • @AfrikanHairGod
      @AfrikanHairGod  9 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      +missmeika I don't specifically know the cause but I know that some people's hair is literally just resistant to being straighten. I don't recommend that you attempt to force it to remain straight. Honestly, I don't think everyone's hair is designed to be worn straight without reversion. I remember my friend Alicia and even her mother, they would get their hair straightened every month and before they walk out the door it's already poofy. I couldn't prevent her hair from reverting either.

      +AfrikanHairGod what causes the knots because I have them too. Or how can I prevent them?

      +Jessy Belle check my cards for this video and watch my detailed video on trimming and split ends. I go over everything regarding splits and single strand knots
