    Nice little work out guys . I did 5 sets so gave me a 15 mins of intense and 20 minutes all up work out. Thanks

    Great video. What can be substituted for crawl outs + jumps as have knee and ankle injury. Will you be doing more of these with different exercises?

      We will certainly consider it!
      You can replace the last exercise with any modifications that you can tolerate (e.g., repeated squats, sit to stands, star jumps or a repeat of exercises 1 or 2)
