That is beautiful and the video was pleasurable and relaxing. Yes, I found some strange discarded vessels which are waiting for me to get inspired. It makes you look at objects in a different way. Yeah, they are too good to throw out but not OK for the home. I had some paint colors mixed especially for this purpose. It will be fun to have vessels and pots matching the furniture. Also, different plants look better in different pots. It is fun to create your own relaxed atmosphere at home. Gotta rest your eyes somewhere.

I love the rust color! I noticed you said you painted your front door with it, could you include a picture? I will be painting my door this weekend and now you have me wanting to change the color!
I've had it on them for about a week and no problems! They're just vases so they don't get moved or touched a ton, but I have shuffled them around the house quite a bit!! Let me know if you try it out!

Is there a way to get it off vases after having them painted? Is it going to come off if I wash it with water? I’m asking becuase I’m planning to change my home’s colour palette next year, but I want to paint my vases now so bad!! 😂
I think if you really wanted to take it off later you could! Probably a little scraper knife would be most helpful! And then you could repaint them another colour!

@@brainknittings8882 Mostly Behr or Dulux paint! But I have since used dollarstore craft paint with basically the same result! So I think any normal paint you have around will do the job!! =)
Love it! Great idea turning 2 bowls into piece of art. Not fan of burnt orange color.😣Orange color seems a bit harsh w/farm house colors in your home. Just my opinion.
I have actually had really good luck with the paint adhering! So far no chips etc. But I have only done vases and decor so they just sit on a shelf! haha.
First time here, you speak so low I had to crank sound, then had a heart attack when your music came on. I did try to stay, I made it through about 3 more high lows. I'm not trying to be mean, but you maybe could fix your volume a bit.
@@everyday_kait Thank you so much for not thinking I was being a rear end. It is hard to tell sometimes with the written word. Some people binge channels at night, I do. It helps get back to sleep and makes the channel money. But if parts of them blast much louder, for me at least, it wakes me up. Kind of defeats the purpose of playing all night. :-) Thank you again.

Before painting with the mix, i love spray painting the vases with either a black or white or whichever you prefer.
Thats a good idea!
Spraying items first works very well. Helps to hold plaster together, then spray with a matte finish 4 the finish look.

I've never used a spray sealer so I can't comment on that! I just use a brush on top coat!

I used mostly wall paint that I had extras of! Nothing special!

The paint colours are Rusty Gate by Behr, Accessible Beige by Benjamin moore, chantilly lace by benjamin moore, and wabi sabi by behr!

Orange isn't for everyone! I quite enjoy it! I actually used it on our front door too 😀
