    It was quite difficult for me to continue....1 hr 40 min weight loss class though i loved all the asanas during the class.... it become easier for me to practice all asanas in 40 min only...class by class...its really a boon for me as i am always looking for it....thanku so much....SYG...may God bless me a chance to join ur offline classes as well.

      Thank you for practicing with us Swati. As you practice the 40 mins classes regularly for sometime, you will get stronger and fitter. You can attempt the 1 hour 40 mins class that time. We will be happy to have you attend our offline classes in Gurgaon sometime. Om Shanti
