    Once again, thank you. 🙏🏼Whenever my nervous system is not stable - and I’m unable to focus my mind enough to do practice on my own as usual… these classes never fail at regulating the breath, calming me down, and returning the mental,physical, and emotional bodies to a state of equilibrium. 🕉️☀️🙏🏼 Thank you

    Thank you once again for an awesome session for pranayama and relaxation . I’m finally getting to know the feeling of being able to relax! I am ever so grateful to have your wisdom, knowledge, love and care for what you bring to everyone that is able to have you in their lives.     A belated Happy Birthday! SYCG is my favourite Yoga Home ! In my short time visiting my Yoga Home through TH-cam and Zoom, I feel peaceful and hopeful.     Thank you, so happy to find more Sivananda practices. I have been to the Ashram in the Bahamas and center in NY and Ranch. My intention is to do YTT one day.🙏🏻🕉

    Sir can I lose weight with this practices ?or do I need to other yoga practices ?
