Very cool property. Was not expecting that roof. One of my favorites. Awesome that it’s near Katahdin Iron Works. Whoever buys this is going to enjoy the house. It’s in a wonderful area. Thanks Peter & Carson for the tour😊
I have to laugh about the outhouses when I was in the Peace Corps I was the person who designed them ,built them and taught others... Seriously though I would recommend that they do a composting toilet ...so much easier. They had one in cabin
Would like to ask the same question again. For this property, when you go there and do the snowmobile during winter, where do you park your vehicle to begin with?
If it were me, I would plow in about 1900 feet and make a little parking area there and use the place all winter. I live off-grid and plow nearly 16,000 feet of road. This is a piece of cake.
Hi there, we’re you able to take a look under the floor from the outside? If so, about how much room and I’m assuming a stone or gravel base? Thank you.
How difficult would it be to find a carpenter in the area to complete the interior since the cabin is in such a remote location? Also, what are the drinkable water options for a long term stay? Thanks in advance!
Sounds like there's a youngster talking about a teapot but you should know this that teapot's not for tea or coffee it's from moisture in the air everybody runs a kettle on the wood stove in Vermont for moisture purposes or whatever but it's not for coffee or tea LOL
Can you access this property without going across anybody else's property can you make your own driveway in other words without Crossing someone else's land. I've got bad experiences with right aways
The soil scientist sounds like it's going to be expensive folks. Don't listen to him. Engine an engineer shouldn't cost you four or 500 f****** dollars either that's a joke it's cheaper to go get your soil scientist and I use that in quotations it's easier to go get your license and cheaper because it's a third grader can figure it out either the water goes through the dirt or it don't I'm so sick of that BS
Your son always looks like he'd rather be doing something that makes his ❤ Sing.
He does not like the camera but we are working on that. Thanks for watching.

Your welcome Val. We appreciate you coming along with us (virtually)😊
Nice! I like that you show what the area has to offer as far as shopping and recreation.
Glad you liked it!
If I had a man in my life……would absolutely jump on something exactly like this. Absolutely beautiful and private. But alone……not so much :(
Thanks for sharing.
Nicely built cabin. I was impressed. Those beams!!!
Thanks 👍
so cute beavers made their home there what ever lucky person buys this place will have a beaver family as neighbors
your winters are pretty cold so im just thinking maybe a log cabin built on the land with bathrooms would be alot more comfortable
It’s a very romantic and charming cabin and the scenery / heaven!
Seems very nice. thanks for showing.
Dunkin! And Hannaford!
I would like something just like this!
Outstanding!
Thank you kindly!

Just wondering if they allow propane heat with a bigger tank and delivered? Thanks!
Bigger tanks are available and companies do deliver. This property has sold.
Thank you for the info on the propane tanks!
Would like to ask the same question again. For this property, when you go there and do the snowmobile during winter, where do you park your vehicle to begin with?
You would hire someone plow out an area to park off Lakeview Road.

Very nice!
My thoughts exactly. Thanks for watching Lee.

I'm can feel the mosquitoes biting just watching this video! Nice property though!

Nice property! Is Woodland Lane plowed? It would be nice to rent out the cabin in winter for outdoor activities.
Probably not, he said it's seasonal. Too bad. Snowmobiling would be fun.

Let me know of all costs and fees associated with the purchase. Regards, Albert, Germany.
Is this property still available???👍😎
Hi there, we’re you able to take a look under the floor from the outside? If so, about how much room and I’m assuming a stone or gravel base? Thank you.
There is a concrete slab under the building with 2 blocks in height.
Nice camp!
How is cel reception and the possibility of a well?
Call recep is good and a well should be no problem.
How difficult would it be to find a carpenter in the area to complete the interior since the cabin is in such a remote location? Also, what are the drinkable water options for a long term stay? Thanks in advance!
Not that hard but most carpenters are booked several months in advance.
Nice video can you access that road to the camp with a 4x4 truck in the winter
If you plowed the road.

Is this property still for sale.
It has sold.
I wouldn't be advertising that there is a beaver pond. They destroy property and can make you sick...

SUGGESTION: Include if cell service exists on every offgrid video.
I own a piece of land on this road, and cell service is Strong, there are actually towers at the top of the hill
