I own 3.5 acres of overgrown farm land with apple trees and a running brook going through the property or bordering it and it was originally owned by one of our founding fathers of our country according to google and it’s in Maine I was looking to sell it so I can get a different piece of land with something livable on it
That property has nothing but road frontage. It narrows as it moves away from road, whoever drew that property line should have bought it for themsrlf!
