I have Analytical, Driver and Amiable. You can be target oriented while also being amiable. Usually internally focused on making sure targets are met vs pushing other people to get things done.
If you’re analytical you might honestly be considering all your options before you make a decision which is actually something that amiables and expressives have a harder time with. That is, impulsively agreeing on something in order to keep peace when they truly would prefer to decline or entertain another option. A driver would just say no. They wouldn’t even “think about it” unless they needed to really compare two really good options. Think about it.
Amiables often present as lazy and are full of excuses. They are great for supportive roles such as HR admin or exec assistants but not for being consistent taking initiative getting things done (without thousands of excuses) nice people but not the most cost effective in terms of return on effort. Also the fake niceties are not genuine. They can be too passive. Everyone has a fit somewhere though.

Lol at a driver being amiable.
Thank you, this is very helpful.
Everybody and their mom thinks they are the driver but what matters is how everyobody else sees you perceives you feel you
Nice presentation.
People “want to think about it” when they don’t want to hurt your feelings by telling you the truth
