    My first meal is 10 Am
    & 2nd meal is around 12.30- 1 am
    My fasting window is afternoon 2 pm se leke next day 10 am Tak
    Ur me 10 am ko breakfast kr k fast break krti hu
    Ur me ghr ka bna indian food rice, dal, any mix sabji, salad

    im also doing 20-4 fasting method along with OMAD and carnivore diet for 2 months now. i lost 15 kg till now since im over weight. The trick is remove all carbs and sugars go protein and fat diet once you are fat adapted with fasting then it get easy best of luck to everyone going thru weight loss journey.

    I must say that many nutrition courses teach the same philosophy you presented here of listening to your body when to eat. Also the part of heavier people needing to be full especially before bed time is a big psychological hack if you want to limit cravings & sleep well. As you get leaner & get better with fasting & controlling your emotions with food you can break down to smaller meals especially if you are training as a bodybuilder.

    My longest fast was 5 days which i did because i had to attend my cousins wedding. Went from 98 to 84(wedding day) in just around 2 months by extreme calorie deficit and 3 day fasts on snake juice. From the wedding day itself i started to gain crazy weight, at least kg per day because i was drinking every night and eating heavy meals every day. So in just 7 days i went from 84 to 92. Now I'm 110.

    Hey Mohit. I am on my weight loss journey too. I was 95.5 kgs , currently i am 91.9 kgs. But according to my height i need to loose approximately 30 kgs. But the situation is that I don’t have any good gyms in my area. Can you please make a video or suggest how to create your own workout routine at home ( without equipments ). I am not that financially well I can’t but equipments. It’d really help.

      The gym is just an add on to this lifestyle. The gym makes it easier for you to stick with this routine but in all honesty you can make decent progress in weight loss without any gym or equipment. Stick to this diet and try to stay active with basic home workouts and walk more often. But yes, it can be close to impossible for obese individuals to build strength with home workouts because most home workouts are body weight exercises which can be extremely challenging for overweight individuals.

      Idk much abt this topic but make your fatloss as slow and long as possible so that you don't lose too much weight too quickly cos that's mainly why you get loose skin as your body can't adapt to take recompose ur skin quickly , but if you go slow and steady on your journey you'll get almost no loose skin. ig 😅

    Subscribed to your channel. Sorry, but you didn't give much information in this video. A beginner who is 95 kg, ready to work out but doesn't know the ABCD of gym, diet and nutrition wouldn't find this video informative.
    I strongly request you please make a long video from scratch to guide.
    I would like to share a short story of mine regarding fitness -
    I was 95 kg. went to run on ground. I left my all the meals. I had only 2 chapatis with little sabji in morning upto 11 AM. Stayed hungry all the day. I was taking coaching classes at that time for it so I used to travel 50 kms a day. After coaching, around 5 PM, I used to go on ground. 2-5 kms run everyday.
    I faced a lot of difficulties and side effects due to my stupidity. One of them is my eye vision weaked!!! As of now, I am 84 kgs and want 66-67 kgs but not have any coach or that knowledgeable fitness enthusiast who can help me.

    Bhaiya I feel INSECURE about going to the gym. I don’t know how to overcome it. I have a part of me who actively feels I should switch over to the healthy lifestyle but I always had a mental block which blocks/objects me towards going towards that lifestyle and yet I feel heavy emotional regret after having shit food. I don’t know what to do and I hope you can help me.

      Bhai mai bhi aapke jaisa tha pr aaj se 4 mahine pahale 9 march22 ko decision liya aur uske baad se body mai kya transformation hua hai weight toh abhi bhi 86 kg hai jo pahale tha pr pahale mai 12kg se dumbbells press krta tha aaj 35 kg se aur Bar se 80kg
      Squats 20kg itna heavy lagta tha ki pucho mat aaj 120kg se
      Dead lift se 70kg max tha aaj 120kg se krta hu

      I too felt the insecurity and the same way you felt before joining the gym. I told my brother and friend to come with me for atleast 1 month to remove my insecurity as I'm an introvert. My brother joined with me and I had my insecurity gone in a month. My brother left the gym as he's too busy as of now with his work. It's my fourth month and I feel confident enough to go do my exercises alone. My brother and I had done gym 3-4 years ago for a year or 2. I can already see superb results with my body and my muscle growth is good enough to motivate me continuing it. Also my fat percentage( I stopped eating junk and worked out hard from 2nd month) has gone down too. I'm currently making a diet for me to get enough amount of protein per day for my body as I'm a vegetarian. It's tough but i can do it and I will. I Have a target of building/bulk my muscle in next 3 months.

      I would recommend you to take first step and join gym without thinking too much as most people don't even dare to take that step thinking about how people will think about them as a noob. They forget that Every pro was a noob at one time. If you join please enjoy doing exercises and don't give up for atleast 3 months. Do exercises with correct form(watch jeet selal and other TH-cam videos) and lift less weights in the beginning. Start increasing weights(progressive loading) in smaller quantities every week. I said 3 months because most people could start noticing the difference from 3rd month itself. It motivates to keep pushing the limit. Just do it 💯✅
