I’ll be honest though I think Phil has it coming. Granted Keeble isn’t any better for targeting Billy to get revenge but Phil setting Keanu up is downright wrong.

In real life a lot can beat him up and laugh at his empty threats but sadly the writers and TPTB have made Phil turn into that insufferable invincible God who is feared amongst the characters.
