Would you guys be able to make another video like this with new exercises? I love discovering unique combination exercises. They are really fun to perform.
These are great combinations. I recently switched from doing years of just strength/hypertrophy training, into learning dynamic movements like this. I have found that I really enjoy this type of training more. I know it's only a matter of time before I can do some of these great combos you show here. I actually have mastered a few of them already. I started working with a MovNat coach who introduced me to some of these movements. I may at some point reach out to you for some help.
hey sven, great video as always!!! one quick question: I am pretty sure u learned ur front lever by greasing the groove, can u specify ur programming for that in a sentence? for example 5 x5 secs (tuck planche holds, one leg out holds and so on) holds of ur current progression every day...
Acutally i doesn't learn it with GTG. Back in the days i just do Fontlever in nearly every training (frist exercise - 4 days a week). Most of the time with holds + controlled slow lever raises (5-6 Sets). In contrast to GTG I exhaust myself in every set. But GTG is a great method. For some people it really works.

Du kannst an beiden teilnehmen. Auch wenn du nicht alles ausprobieren kannst bietet der fortgeschrittene Workshop jede Menge theoretisches Wissen. Optimal wäre es natürlich wenn die Basics locker sitzen (über 10 Pull Ups über 15 Dips).
I follow different channels of calisthenic, but you guys are the best so far.

It's harder than the normal handstand because you have to press up yourself.
