It seems I was born about 35 years too early. IN the late 70's I was a competing gymnast and this was the kind of stuff we did in the gym, but there was no You Tube; no way to show others what we could do outside of straight up gymnastic meets. We did the occasional handstand in the library on the furnature and such. It is so cool to see this younger generation having such a good time with these moves. Fun Vid guys!! Loved it.
Calisthenicmovement how can you be that able to do flips without free style or another specific training of those skills? Pd:And great video pls answer :)
love to see finaly obviously natty guys on youtube, who show great strength but totally achievable goal for people with a lot of dedication. :) love it.
***** i work out now pretty much everyday for abour 10 years. i said achievable not easy. becuase those guys are not on roids they work hard and show what u can do with ur body wihout roids, thats what most people dont do. have a lot of respect for them.
+Bamboo training Hold on...The workout isn't the most important thing in the world..Not even close.. Better stay in school then do this..This is for the free time, not spending your life in it.
+jacob harris I think it's pretty amazing training, quick question though....how did you train for this without, say breaking your neck or belonging to the Shinobi clan?
I am female, 45, scientist and lecturer at University. I have been training 3 times a week all of my adult life (mostly step and les mils stuff), but very intensive last 3 years. Last 3 years I have been doing HIIT in the morning and weights in the evening, I am much fitter now, I can do so many things I could not dream about. BUT!!!! so much working out and still cannot do pull ups!!! I feel like crying watching this. I wish I started when I was 20:)
Definitely high value content - both physically and visually! Those creative shots added extra topping to already demanding and flawlessly performed skills. Always pleasure to watch.
Hey Sven & Alex, Just wanted to say your guys videos are awesome! I think you two do an excellent job explaining the videos workout movements in both an easy to do method, while using complex more scientific (as well biological) terms for the muscles and the areas of the body that are affected. Great work, and thank you very much for all your labor. It is greatly appreciated! RESPECT!
You guys are insanely inspiring. I have a quick question for starting out, should I try bringing myself down to certain weight before i start. Is there a sweet spot weight for different heights if so what's the best weight for someone who is 5'11. Thanks for all that you guys do.
Alex n your team are a true representation of German's perfectionism. You've vividly demonstrated that one can forge the body to be the best weapon.KUDOS
Gr33kshuffler learn hand stand first and then work on the hamstring flexibility to he able to walk you feet up to your hands and then some handstand pushups and combine all 3 there you go Edit: just realised i replied 5 years too late... sooo did you eventually get it or nah?
3 Absolute beasts!!! I've been inspired by this video in more ways then you guys can even imagine. The strength & functionality you each possess is insane! Tomorrow i ditch the gym for calisthenics training!
The quality of your videos is getting better and of course your performances!Alex you are really impressive, but i have to say also for your friend, being taller and long legs, his abs must be pure steel 3:45! Keep posting!
Amazing video, I was expecting nothing more than kips and some swinging round on the bars but this was truly amazing. The quality and content of this video is sublime, please keep it up, seriously enjoyed this!
Danke! :)
Absolutely amazing ... ESPECIALLY if you as viewer of this video already tried to do only one of this exercises or even easier forms on his own. Big respect
wow, you guys are amazing, i started about 2 months ago with calisthenic workouts, but i really need a routine to build strength to continue going up the scale
Amazing !!!. This video makes me stay away from benches and weights. 2 year experience in weight training but still can't do chin ups more than 10 times. I feel like I am an idiot. Great video guys. Strong motivation !!
Absolutely amazing. I am currently using their Home Workout program with is very good. Once I complete this 25 week course, I will buy the calisthenics course.
Golly, the amount of strength and control it takes to execute those moves is insanity! If I can ever break through the novice level of calisthenics I'll be flaunting my skills everywhere lol
I'm a former soldier, and ended up separating my shoulder, and working out hasn't been the same. I want to use calisthenics to try to regain motion and strength back into my shoulder. The problem is a lot of the exercises cause a lot of stress on the shoulder, but I'd like to think that strengthening over time will reduce the pain. How would I get started on that road to recovery. Obviously some of the exercises require extreme amounts of shoulder strength.
Pearce Auston I just started working out with calisthenics TONIGHT! I find that if you find some of the basic moves, you can use your lower body to support yourself. You could use those techniques to relieve some of the pressure off your shoulders until the strength grows back over time and progression. Either way, best of luck!
+Pearce Auston I'm trying to rehabilitate my shoulder. This channel, Calisthenicmovement is one of the better ones for you probably. Because they focus on proper technique. You could start with their bodyweight exercises for absolute beginners and 10 basic strength exercises you should know. I also used workouts from a book called convict conditioning. for example, the author recommends wall pushups for beginners as well as people who have shoulder issues. you do 5 second pushups. wall pushups seem ridiculous, but I did them because normal pushups were too stressful on my shoulder joint. 5 seconds for one minute = 12 pushups per minute. 2 minutes for 24 reps or 4 minutes for 48 reps. it does improve your strength and promotes blood flow to your shoulders. It's just one example of how you can exercise without overstressing your joints. Stay safe!
+Pearce Auston stop drinking milk and don't eat meat. basically go vegan... www.pcrm.org/health/diets/vegdiets/health-concerns-about-dairy-products check out Jon Venus on youtube
1:53 The hell man. That was crazy. To move your arm out like that? While maintaining the balance and strength? just insane.

Immer weiter so!
The art in working out. They do these movements beautifully.
