Music: Jay Kill & The Hustle Standard :: NEVER SEEN RUNAWAY (Lost Soul & Genjo Mix) - itunes.apple.c...
Gym in the video: www.facebook.c...
It seems I was born about 35 years too early. IN the late 70's I was a competing gymnast and this was the kind of stuff we did in the gym, but there was no You Tube; no way to show others what we could do outside of straight up gymnastic meets. We did the occasional handstand in the library on the furnature and such. It is so cool to see this younger generation having such a good time with these moves. Fun Vid guys!! Loved it.
Respect sir
So cool to learn about the earlier days. Thanks for sharing sir
Everything was fantastic in this video. You guys are really setting the bar high with your TH-cam content.
Thanks Daniel :)
Calisthenicmovement do you guys also do cardio and running or only bodyweight training?
Calisthenicmovement how can you be that able to do flips without free style or another specific training of those skills?
Pd:And great video pls answer :)
+Erik Cardenas they do train their flips too
Best Fitness ❤️

Trutz Kabel Thank You!
Trutz Kabel Obviously natty but seriously skilled, top class!
***** i work out now pretty much everyday for abour 10 years. i said achievable not easy. becuase those guys are not on roids they work hard and show what u can do with ur body wihout roids, thats what most people dont do. have a lot of respect for them.
+Bamboo training Hold on...The workout isn't the most important thing in the world..Not even close..
Better stay in school then do this..This is for the free time, not spending your life in it.
That's just stupid..
You really cant tell how difficult this actually is because of how easy they make it look.
Hey who is also watching this masterpiece after 7 years LOL! 😆😅😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
For the 10th time!
me for the 100th time i guess! so inspirational
10 years
This is like watching ninjas train. Excellent! It's great when the body is strong as hell without looking like a bloated balloon.
Bloated balloons can't even do this stuff !

+jacob harris I think it's pretty amazing training, quick question though....how did you train for this without, say breaking your neck or belonging to the Shinobi clan?
Get the back tuck down first!
The bald guy is a fucking ninja.
Absolutely. A kind of modern Chuck Norris XD

Incredible video guys!
Respect from Brazil!
Judging by the facial expressions there was actually plenty of gravity to fight with. Awesome stuff!
Schön zu sehen, dass es auch in Deutschland weit fortgeschrittene Calisthenicsathleten gibt.
Immer weiter so!
2:18, that is simply beautiful. Please make a tutorial of how to do.
Gr33kshuffler
learn hand stand first and then work on the hamstring flexibility to he able to walk you feet up to your hands and then some handstand pushups and combine all 3 there you go
Edit: just realised i replied 5 years too late... sooo did you eventually get it or nah?
The art in working out. They do these movements beautifully.
Hey Sven & Alex,
Just wanted to say your guys videos are awesome!
I think you two do an excellent job explaining the videos workout movements in both an easy to do method, while using complex more scientific (as well biological) terms for the muscles and the areas of the body that are affected.
Great work, and thank you very much for all your labor.
It is greatly appreciated!
RESPECT!
Thanks, we really appreciate comments like this one!
You guys are insanely inspiring. I have a quick question for starting out, should I try bringing myself down to certain weight before i start. Is there a sweet spot weight for different heights if so what's the best weight for someone who is 5'11. Thanks for all that you guys do.
Alex n your team are a true representation of German's perfectionism. You've vividly demonstrated that one can forge the body to be the best weapon.KUDOS
I am female, 45, scientist and lecturer at University. I have been training 3 times a week all of my adult life (mostly step and les mils stuff), but very intensive last 3 years. Last 3 years I have been doing HIIT in the morning and weights in the evening, I am much fitter now, I can do so many things I could not dream about. BUT!!!! so much working out and still cannot do pull ups!!! I feel like crying watching this. I wish I started when I was 20:)
+DanaS You need to reevaluate your training methods, mam.
Crazy how Calisthenics blew up like mad. Props boys, keep killing it.
Thanks for the video. You guys really set the high standard for calisthenics videos here.

This should be called Matrix workout. Especially the burpee to flip sequence. Thanks, Alex. True inspiration.

You guys are my idols! I'm working on my planche and your videos gives me so much motivation!
Another good reason to do calisthenics: you can work in a circus as an acrobat if you ever loose your job.
Power and precision and the video presentation itself was superb. Some A+ people putting together a A+ video.
YOU HAVE EARNED THE BIG RED BUTTON! MOTIVATION!
Absolutely amazing ... ESPECIALLY if you as viewer of this video already tried to do only one of this exercises or even easier forms on his own.

One of the best I've seen. Really inspires me to work hard.

This looks like an easy beginner's workout -- thanks!
I'm a former soldier, and ended up separating my shoulder, and working out hasn't been the same. I want to use calisthenics to try to regain motion and strength back into my shoulder. The problem is a lot of the exercises cause a lot of stress on the shoulder, but I'd like to think that strengthening over time will reduce the pain. How would I get started on that road to recovery. Obviously some of the exercises require extreme amounts of shoulder strength.
Pearce Auston I just started working out with calisthenics TONIGHT! I find that if you find some of the basic moves, you can use your lower body to support yourself. You could use those techniques to relieve some of the pressure off your shoulders until the strength grows back over time and progression. Either way, best of luck!
Thanks a ton! I appreciate the actual useful insight! Best of luck with your journey as well!
+Pearce Auston
I'm trying to rehabilitate my shoulder. This channel, Calisthenicmovement is one of the better ones for you probably. Because they focus on proper technique. You could start with their bodyweight exercises for absolute beginners and 10 basic strength exercises you should know. I also used workouts from a book called convict conditioning. for example, the author recommends wall pushups for beginners as well as people who have shoulder issues. you do 5 second pushups. wall pushups seem ridiculous, but I did them because normal pushups were too stressful on my shoulder joint. 5 seconds for one minute = 12 pushups per minute. 2 minutes for 24 reps or 4 minutes for 48 reps. it does improve your strength and promotes blood flow to your shoulders. It's just one example of how you can exercise without overstressing your joints. Stay safe!
+Pearce Auston stop drinking milk and don't eat meat. basically go vegan... www.pcrm.org/health/diets/vegdiets/health-concerns-about-dairy-products check out Jon Venus on youtube

AWESOME WORK - is it all autodidactic or do you have a gymnast background?
We got no gymnastic backround.
Okay then your results are even more impressive...
Then where the hell did you learn to do that backflip?
@@ahamedeesafaiz4182 backflips are also something you can practice, i have a friend who learned how to do backflips on his without ever having done gymnastics. You mainly have to have the guts to do it in the first place and also learn the correct form, then practice a lot. Not that it's easy though
El Eggs you are incredible in more ways than one.
Incredible stuff, proper strength. I love those backflips, out of everything in the video, that's the coolest =P
