Have you heard people talk about - Jamescan Calisthenics Caboshed - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my brother in law got amazing success with it.
You guys have become my new heros. Ive gotten better results with calestetics based workouts in the last 3 months then all time in the past doing any other form of exercise. Calestics should be a prerequisite for everyone before moving to weighted exercises. I already fell stronger then I ever have.

Because people think you need to go to the gym to be fit and in shape. people just don't know how to be resourceful and creative anymore. people just fail to realize calisthenics have been a way of getting in shape way before machines and gyms were invented.

Much like martial arts is the name for all fighting styles that involves the use of legs and other body parts. There are some things streetworkout athletes do that gymnast don't. Both are calisthenics but different styles of calisthenics.

+shockslice nutrition Is not hard... Just eat things with low fat like Greek yoghurt,vegetables, and fruit. Don't forget to get protein too from eggs, fish, or nuts.

That's why so many people have deficiencies which affect health and overall performance. You need to avoid bad fats (processed oils, saturates, trans fats) and consume good fats (fish, nuts, seeds etc). But overall, the statement 'eat big to get big' is true. It's what you eat that matters. Don't have 3000 calories of burgers. Make that goal with live yoghurt, raw honey, seeds, fish, eggs, organic milk, meat occasionally, fruits and vegetables.

I added muscle without any supplements , just working out thrice a week with progressive overload Max reps 12, and cardio everyday with intermittent fasting and caloric defecit. all this sounds a lot , but its very easy n that's all it takes .
That's because supplements are BS. Just look at nature, do gorillas take protein? Lol, they don't even eat meat. I wonder why we humans think we are different.
@@ylonmc2 I'm not taking any supplements myself, but I'll probably in the future. Why? Take Whey for example. It's the cheapest way of taking protein, about 40g per $. Chicken is 20-30g per $. So it's just a matter of convinience
After watching this video I decided to re-chase my goal of mastering my own body weight! Two workouts in and my body is destroys (in the best way) and feels awesome! I'm pretty much just using what's in the vid along with some box jumps n odd bits. Awesome video!

How many decades of discipline and practice? This is kinda utopic and, at the same time, inspiring! So far, I've been training for two years and I don't do almost nothing shown here... :( Yeah, more discipline and great guidance, like yours, is what we need! :D Thank you!
If you've trained for two years and can't do the exercises shown here then you are doing huge mistakes with your training! Buy some books on the topic or grab a calisthenics program from professionals, it is vital that you learn all the science behind it before you start training or else you'll end up like you did. Two years of wasted time for no results.
