I like this one a lot, and I can feel the stress and tightness relief benefits when I'm done. When I do these moves, it occurs to me how little I have ever exercised/stretched my neck in the past, except when I do your vids that include a nice neck stretch. This is 8 minutes of time so well spent on an area that most everyone neglects, so thanks for specifically targeting this oversight! You and baby make the best videos!

Hey Vanessa! This is a great collection of little excercises that I can actually do at work too! I try to stretch every time I am able to, but sometimes I just don't know which movement is best to have a specific area relieved. This video is really helpful to put to a good use that short break during the working shift! ♡♡♡♡♡

He doesn't actually do them but he monitors me and if I get distracted he pauses it-he occasionally does kids yoga and like your grandson he is always looking to find something he can watch that i will agree to like Spanish cartoons because I am learning Spanish or word games on the ABC.He has difficulty grasping the idea that you can't see us.I do a variety particularly upper body and the ball. I recently bought.a fitness resistance set from Aldi-rubber tubes with handles. Would love a class from you using them! Keep well and keep up your great work. Thank you Fran

I found this very helpful for my upper back. My son has scoliosis and had rods put in his back either side the whole length of his spine when he was 15 he's now 25 and does desk work, working from home because of lockdown (UK) Would you recommend this or any of your other videos to help him as he does experience some pain after sitting most of the time. Would be grateful for any advise re your videos. thank you
Hi Susan, thank you for your comment and question 🤗 For your son I recommend looking at the Back Pain Playlist as the upper back and shoulder blade area is really important to keep strong especially with lots of desk work! I just uploaded today an interview with Dr Stuart Mcgill who is the leading world leader in spine safety and mechanics, certainly you would both learn a lot from this about back pain etc too 👌🤗 Check out the Expert Interview Playlist for this! I also recommend your son really works on strengthening the core and sits slightly forward on the chair, to maintain a tall spine. Sitting back and relaxing in the chair is not good after about 20 minutes, so this can cause more pain. Also the position of the neck and screen super important. Check the knees are slightly below the level of the chair, which places the hip forward and the spine into a more neutral and better natural alignment for desk work. 🖥 Let me know this all makes sense and if you need any other help ok 👌🤗

Generally speaking though, stretches like this are good for gentle neck mobility for hernias. Also ensure you do not do anything that causes pain. 🤗
