Hello Natalie, I have a tip for your zucchini. I make these alot and if you grate all the zucchini in a strainer and salt it , it will draw out so much water. Then ring it out in a dish towel. It makes for a crisper pancake! Great video!
You might want to pull your hair back when you’re cooking. Also flour isn’t healthy. Almond flour is just as good and easy to use. Don’t blame meat for what the carbs did!

You can also add sweet potato too. The onion adds such a great flavor too. If you're worried about the onions being too strong, you can cook them before adding them to the mixture.

I think it’s more cultural - I’m from Eastern Europe too, and since I was a kid it was obvious for me that vegetarian diet includes fish. I knew a lot of people who called themselves vegetarian, and definitely they were eating seafood. We even have meatless fridays in our culture - and everybody is eating fish for dinner on Fridays. Fish is not considered meat in Eastern Europe. I’m not saying it’s correct way to look at it- it’s just the way it is

I have had Zucchini bread so I imagine pancakes would be okay as well. You could also run that through a food processor and get it thin and more of a batter.
Just a suggestion in your ingredient prep to make it a little faster for the salt and pepper, you may look into getting those little bowls with lids to keep your salt and pepper in, that way in your videos, you can just grab some pinches from the bowls

I'm a new vegan. I decided to become one after suffering from camplobacter poisoning after eating chicken at the mall, it totally put me off meat. I love zucchini so I'll make these, but with almond flour as I'm wheat intolerant. Nice video, thanks.

Just my luck I'm intolerant to eggs too but make a flax seed slurry to replace the egg and I replace the sour cream with a cashew cream that also has water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, nutritional yeast and salt. Its quite nice. I'd rather be able to eat anything with great abandon but my body says no!!!

@@radar4536 I prefer my designated Terry cloth towels for that specific purpose, I think it absorbs alot more then just hands but to each his own.

I have frequently cooked with zucchini. I've never encountered a recipe that instructed peeling them.
I never peel mine either.

Natalie, that is so much dill! I don't know how you can like so much dill in your food. Dill is very strong tasting and a little goes a long way.
As a fellow Russian, there’s never enough dill. We use tons of it in all our food and just eat it on the side as well.
You can never use too much dill!
A word for only fish eating is pescatarian, vegetarians do often eat dairy, one who does not eat dairy or mean is a vegan.
