Ewwww yeah Fritos are disgusting. I did that when I was like 7 years old. Not really feeling all that unnecessary extra processed sodium trans fat and calories anymore. I eat more plant based because I want to (and i kinda have to). I yearn for some Cheetos from time to time, but Fritos are disgusting imo. Wonder what other snack foods people add to their soups. Oh. I love Lorac ! The formula is great for a beginner. I had a stroke. 10 months ago with right side paralysis . I have NO PROBLEM blending them . Lorac is underrated and has my heart !

One of the things I like about TH-cam is finding people who also enjoy the process of putting their makeup on. In my life, I am the only one that really is into makeup and sometimes I feel like an oddball but then you say how relaxing and enjoyable you find the process and I think "YES" that is how I feel. I like trying different combinations of eye looks, foundations, all that fun stuff. By the way, you are probably my favorite channel - I don't have a ton of time to watch but yours are the ones I always make time for. You are beautiful inside and out and it shows in your videos!!

I had a dermatologist once tell me that plum tones blushes will give the most natural ‘flush’ look because that’s the color that our body naturally puts off. Since then, I have found some of the most BEAUTIFUL natural blushes have been plum toned. Who knew, right?!?
My go-to gift for kids age 2-6 is a bubble machine and bubbles (the really big jug). You can get great ones at Walmart or Target, and they freak out over it!

The Smashbox powder was called the halo powder years ago. It first launched on QVC. Smashbox overall has great products. Their brushes have held up even better than some of my Mac brushes.

For me, “the process” is what my daily makeup experience is all about. I completely agree with you about that. I never know WHAT look I’m going for, until I start playing. Before work each day, my makeup routine is a time of zen, experimentation and surprise. Each day it’s a little different than the day before, or a lot different. Some days it’s outstanding, other days it’s just decent. But ALL DAYS are a thorough enjoyment of that process. Love you, Emily :)

Put a cover over your pool when not in use. Also if you live in a more rural area an electric fence on the outside of a regular fence would help keeping critters out of your yard.

When I was a kid I had magnetic doll sets and I loved them so much! I would highly recommend them if you need something quiet for kids to play with, I even used to play with them during church haha.

Smashbox Halo powder I'd a ride or die for me!!! I actually used to use it as a light powder foundation over a bb cream. But I love how it wears for the day... Your skin actually feels softer and more hydrated!
Maybe you know this and maybe not, but I'll share my experience. About 2 years ago the eye doctor discovered I had clogged oil ducts on my lash line, especially the bottom lash line! After talking to my doctor and doing more research I found that your oil ducts can become clogged from creamy type products we apply to that water line area. Once they are completely clogged that duct dies and will never work again. 😳 I stopped applying any product to my water line... as beautiful as it is my eye health is way more important! BTW your my favourite beauty gal ever! Love your happy and fun personality! 😊😊😊

When Smashbox launched this new powder I asked them if it was similar to the Halo hydrating perfecting powder, maybe just repackaging, and they replied that The Photo Finish Fresh Setting Powder is totally different. It’s a translucent powder, and sets your makeup. You can also use it to bake, carve cheekbones, etc. The Halo Hydrating Powder is a buildable sheer to light coverage foundation.

There are 5 of us in my household. My brother and his 3 sons came to visit for two weeks. So much fun. It’s like a slumber party for 2 weeks every year. Chili was a crowd pleaser from age 5 to 79! I love to put a little sour cream in mine to tone down the ‘heat’. I never thought about frito’s!
My daughter is 8 now, but when she was younger she loved the magnetic paper dolls! Sam’s Club has had some, too, around Christmas with Disney characters and My Little Pony 😊
My Lorac pro matte and my Lorac mega pro 4 are still go to palettes for me. Some people complain about the softness but honestly, they have just the right amount of softness to make it easy to work with. I hate having to jab my brush in a shadow, it makes my brushes scratchy but Lorac shadows don't present that issue to me. That Lorac pro matte palette still goes on every vacation with me. It's so slim and compact and it has every basic matte I'll need so I can just add singles or create a little custom palette with shimmers or colorful shadows I like. I want to see Lorac explore more color, they lack in the really cool new shades. I think they are a brand that is capable of making very nice colorful shadows or duocromes and they just haven't been exploring that enough. This new palette is a step in the right direction, now they have to take it further to capture exposure online again like they used to.

As far as I'm aware, Smashbox still has their Halo powder. That setting powder just looks to be in similar packaging, although their Halo powder doesn't have the lens cap look to the package like the setting powder does
I used to love Fuzzy Felt scenes and my daughter, who is now 14, loved them too. There are these great story cubes to that you throw like a dice and have to make stary up using the images you throw on the dice as a prompt.

When you were talking about those magnetic paper doll sets, I started reminiscing about Colorforms. Does anyone remember those? OMGosh, yes, I was a child of the 80's and teen of the 90's. Lol They weren't exactly the same thing, but the concept of them was similar. They had books and backgrounds you could stick and re-stick your little characters to create your own story. I haven't thought about those in years, until this video. Brings back great memories. On a side note, your makeup is so beautiful. The eye look, especially! Now I'm interested in that Lorac palette. I’ve used that smash box setting powder for about 10 years. I love it’s luminosity. I never understood why no one talks about it. It’s so good! They have a yellow version too. It’s a lot like the Laura Mercier glow powder. Love you!!! ❤️❤️❤️

When I was a kid I had magnetic doll sets and I loved them so much! I would highly recommend them if you need something quiet for kids to play with, I even used to play with them during church haha.

Smashbox Halo powder I'd a ride or die for me!!! I actually used to use it as a light powder foundation over a bb cream. But I love how it wears for the day... Your skin actually feels softer and more hydrated!
Maybe you know this and maybe not, but I'll share my experience. About 2 years ago the eye doctor discovered I had clogged oil ducts on my lash line, especially the bottom lash line! After talking to my doctor and doing more research I found that your oil ducts can become clogged from creamy type products we apply to that water line area. Once they are completely clogged that duct dies and will never work again. 😳 I stopped applying any product to my water line... as beautiful as it is my eye health is way more important! BTW your my favourite beauty gal ever! Love your happy and fun personality! 😊😊😊

I love your videos! When Smashbox launched this new powder I asked them if it was similar to the Halo hydrating perfecting powder, maybe just repackaging, and they replied that
The Photo Finish Fresh Setting Powder is totally different. It’s a translucent powder, and sets your makeup. You can also use it to bake, carve cheekbones, etc. The Halo Hydrating Powder is a buildable sheer to light coverage foundation.

My daughter is 8 now, but when she was younger she loved the magnetic paper dolls! Sam’s Club has had some, too, around Christmas with Disney characters and My Little Pony 😊
My Lorac pro matte and my Lorac mega pro 4 are still go to palettes for me. Some people complain about the softness but honestly, they have just the right amount of softness to make it easy to work with. I hate having to jab my brush in a shadow, it makes my brushes scratchy but Lorac shadows don't present that issue to me. That Lorac pro matte palette still goes on every vacation with me. It's so slim and compact and it has every basic matte I'll need so I can just add singles or create a little custom palette with shimmers or colorful shadows I like. I want to see Lorac explore more color, they lack in the really cool new shades. I think they are a brand that is capable of making very nice colorful shadows or duocromes and they just haven't been exploring that enough. This new palette is a step in the right direction, now they have to take it further to capture exposure online again like they used to.

As far as I'm aware, Smashbox still has their Halo powder. That setting powder just looks to be in similar packaging, although their Halo powder doesn't have the lens cap look to the package like the setting powder does

I used to love Fuzzy Felt scenes and my daughter, who is now 14, loved them too. There are these great story cubes to that you throw like a dice and have to make stary up using the images you throw on the dice as a prompt.

When you were talking about those magnetic paper doll sets, I started reminiscing about Colorforms. Does anyone remember those? OMGosh, yes, I was a child of the 80's and teen of the 90's. Lol They weren't exactly the same thing, but the concept of them was similar. They had books and backgrounds you could stick and re-stick your little characters to create your own story. I haven't thought about those in years, until this video. Brings back great memories. On a side note, your makeup is so beautiful. The eye look, especially! Now I'm interested in that Lorac palette. I’ve used that smash box setting powder for about 10 years. I love it’s luminosity. I never understood why no one talks about it. It’s so good! They have a yellow version too. It’s a lot like the Laura Mercier glow powder. Love you!!! ❤️❤️❤️
