I had a c section 3 years ago when I had my daughter. It was an amazing experience!! I had my 4 other children vaginally, and I much preferred the c section. Good luck!! I hope you have an amazing and safe delivery!!
Your picks absolutely have an impact. I am in NYC and your recommendations are always hard to come by in stores. I can find them, but sometimes I have to go to a few stores to accomplish it. Cover Girl Soft Sable Instant Cheekbones immediately comes to mind.
Also, I've always loved how you'll wear any look anywhere. I would be so intimidated to wear a hot pink lip out, especially to a daytime function, but that concern is not even remotely on your radar, and it never seems to be any sort of big deal for you. Love it!

I wonder if Walmart has the same ordering tools as high end stores. In my 20s and 30s, I worked in high-end cosmetics, mostly on the vendor side. For a year I was a Department manager, working with each vendor once a month to order the right mix of stock. They had a whole list of upcoming magazine ads and a lot of heads up on products/colors that were going to be mentioned in articles. We ordered accordingly. But with TH-cam, there's no way to know now. You, my dear, have a big effect on stock levels 😊

Rimmel stay matte is only powder, high or low end that covers my scars and stays all day. Think that's why people are loyal to it. Would like better packaging tho. Mine has broken top held together with washi tape 😉

I've also noticed you can get a lot better coverage if you blend with your finger rather than a sponge or a brush. Just dab with your ring finger. It gives better coverage and doesn't crease as easily

I live in Georgia, in the same town that Casey Holmes lived in before their move to NY, and when she was raving about the Sonya Kashuk foundation years ago, it was nearly impossible to find it in my area, so I absolutely believe that in your area, the things that you recommend get sold quickly!

This year was my first year teaching middle and high school. The 3 years prior were all preschool. And THAT is exactly what we say, "You get what you get, and you don't throw a fit!" 😆 They tried to change it to "... you're happy with it." Didn't stick!

Great video! Every time you recommend a product, I’ll try to buy it. 95% of the time it’s sold out in stores. If I’m quick enough I’ll get lucky and find it. I usually have to order it online but sometimes it’s sold out there too. I would have to say you have a big influence on my area ( northern NJ, across the Hudson River from NYC) I also know a lot of people come from NYC to shop because our taxes are lower 🤣 People love you Emily! Eyelashes are an incredibly high theft item for some reason. When I worked beauty, the counts would always be off. Can't imagine locking them up though.
3 Walmarts in my small City, two of them have the makeup area walled off with taller isle walls and a cashier at the opening so you either have to pay for your makeup as you're leaving or the put it in a clear lockbox until you get to the front cashier. It's sad.

Oh my gosh! I tried the eyeshadow primer under the eye, and all I can say is WOW!!! It takes the fine lines away! My fave one is the WNW shadow primer, it’s thick n so smooth!

If I'm out shopping, something catches my eye, it's in my size and the last one, I automatically think "OMG, this was meant to be!" They are. I used to work there. Over night workers stock new stuff that comes off the truck. Day and swing associates are supposed to scan what needs to be restocked then pick it from the back steal and put it out. Wonderful concept. Doesn't happen.

the two 'grocery' Walmarts (not super Walmarts, but the smaller Neighborhood grocery) has it locked up behind glass, with an ' if you need assistance, press here button" and the bigger Walmart has an entire enclosed cosmetics section- you walk in, camera in all the four aisles, checkout at the entrance/ exit so you can't leave the area without purchasing your cosmetic/ skincare items.
A walmart worker told me they have girls come in quite often to open packages and apply makeup to go out. They don't purchase anything, just open packages and use it right in the aisles.
I've been awake since 5:30 this morning, so I already had my morning tea (taking a break from coffee). Thinking maybe I can make an exception and have a second cup while I watch you. Lol

From what I've heard they lock up what most often stolen. Also, I've never seen the monitor stop someone from swatching things. You'd thing it would be less expensive to just have testers so people aren't opening products. I always check seals and make sure things haven't been swatched or opened.

Our Walmart has just the fragrances locked up, but the whole cosmetics section has an employee posted at the entrance.

I love in vermont but I can tell you when I go to the store some of what you recommend def. Are gone or low. Like when I went to get the pink candy and sophisticated sable covergirl blushes, there was like none.

Wow I hadn't watched Emily for about a year and it warms my heart that she still has Milani eyeshadow primer on hand.
If I'm out shopping, something catches my eye, it's in my size and the last one, I automatically think "OMG, this was meant to be!" So I snag it because I'm not about to mess with the Universe's plan. I'm heading to my WalMart to see if I can find that eye liner.

They are. I used to work there. Over night workers stock new stuff that comes off the truck. Day and swing associates are supposed to scan what needs to be restocked then pick it from the back steal and put it out. Wonderful concept. Doesn't happen.
@@EvelynnHuff every store has that problem- not just Walmarts. Coworker at my store is very bad about getting stuff out of storeroom and storage container and bringing up to front or into the cooler.

I love this idea! It's great to show how long it lasts, even the clips from wal-mart, and then the wear test at the end. You put so much effort into your videos and I love that!! I wish I could wear all this, but aside from lip products I have very sensitive skin and eye allergies to makeup. but obsessed with your channel and watching all the looks you put together!! Just wanted to let you know I think you are really cool. Also pumpkin patch looked like so much fun!!

My Walmart has everything locked up and yes, they have a person there to help you. It’s a shame it has come to this.
the two 'grocery' Walmarts (not super Walmarts, but the smaller Neighborhood grocery) has it locked up behind glass, with an ' if you need assistance, press here button" and the bigger Walmart has an entire enclosed cosmetics section- you walk in, camera in all the four aisles, checkout at the entrance/ exit so you can't leave the area without purchasing your cosmetic/ skincare items.
A walmart worker told me they have girls come in quite often to open packages and apply makeup to go out. They don't purchase anything, just open packages and use it right in the aisles.

Sometimes if I’m having a bad day, I just watch one of your videos, put on my makeup and get on with my day with a smile! Priceless!
From what I've heard they lock up what most often stolen. Also, I've never seen the monitor stop someone from swatching things. You'd thing it would be less expensive to just have testers so people aren't opening products. I always check seals and make sure things haven't been swatched or opened.
