This thing may be good for someone in a one bedroom apartment, but this thing is tiny, and it has proprietary pads so you have to overpay for mop pads. And you really can’t vacuum and mop at the same time like it shows. Horrible product, and I got mine at 50% off. I am boxing mine up for return

The pad has a small plastic compartment that holds the debris. Most of the time you vacuum small stuff and then spray mop. Then you toss the entire pad away and get another.
How do you dispose of a dirty container filled with pet hair and dirty water? You can't dump that down the sink; it will clog up the pipes. Thanks for any answers to this question.

That is an excellent question, Thredat! To empty the debris from the Cordless VACMOP you will need to throw out the pad as the dust cup is on the pad. You can do that by pressing the release button on the side of the VACMOP base.
I just purchased the VacMop. Does anyone know what type of air/dust filter comes on the replacement pads? I have horrible allergies and am cleaning very dusty floors. Hi, Shae! The dirt goes into the pad, so if the pads full but doesn't need to be changed just yet, you can empty the pad in a garbage bin. Or if the pad does need to be replaced, just throw the full pad away, and the dirt will go with it!

Mine didn’t last. Only used it 2 weeks and now it doesn’t charge. Tried other chargers and it still doesn’t charge. Threw away receipt so I cannot return it. I had high hopes for this product. Lost my money. So disappointed.

We would like to let you know that it is not recommended to use other cleaners in the VACMOP™. Our cleanser has been specially formulated to provide a residue-free, streak free finish. Using other cleaning solutions may result in streaking and residue and depending on the cleaner it may be too thick to spray.

Thanks for reaching out. The pads aren't meant to be emptied. Replace the pad if it becomes fully saturated, its dirt chamber is full, it's noticeably dirty, or if the VACMOP is showing signs of reduced suction power.
Mine didn’t last. Only used it 2 weeks and now it doesn’t charge. Tried other chargers and it still doesn’t charge. Threw away receipt so I cannot return it. I had high hopes for this product. Lost my money. So disappointed.

Same thing happened to me. Reached out to support and they dropped the call while I was on hold. and I just purchased another shark vacuum. Very disappointed!

We would like to let you know that it is not recommended to use other cleaners in the VACMOP™. Our cleanser has been specially formulated to provide a residue-free, streak free finish. Using other cleaning solutions may result in streaking and residue and depending on the cleaner it may be too thick to spray.
