30 Minute FULL BODY Yoga Sculpt w/ Claire

  • Here's a full body sculpt workout that will leave you feeling accomplished and sweaty in only 30 minutes! All you need is a set of light weights (3, 5, 8lb dumbbells) and one BIG weight or household objects.
    You'll do lots of compound movements to ignite every muscle in your body and end it off with a fun cardio sequence to have you back to your day feeling energetic.
    As with all my workouts, weights are just optional. You can do all the movements with one weight, no weight at all, or take them out when you want. All I ask is you honor your body and tell yourself 'you've got this!' b/c you do.

    Finally got a chance to do this one! LOVED the shout out, the cardio song was FIRE, and of course the "give it to me!" Haha thank you as always!

    Have to say this wasn’t a good routine for me. Using weights while moving quickly resulted in a very painful back injury. I think I need to stick with traditional yoga and never again attempt one that combines yoga, cardio and weights. My body rebelled!
