I REALLY loved this one! Now when I am traveling and unable to go for a walk, I can do this! I slowly marched in place on the breaks and ended up with 1614 steps! Then added the bi, tri, shoulder workout along with the dead bug workout and it make for a perfect routine. Thank you as always for the incredible content.
I strained my knee over a month ago and this is my first NML WO after resting and it was perfect!! You can take it as easy as you need to!! So good to sweat again!! I say yes to kickboxing with low impact mod!!! It’s my favorite WO!!! And you are definitely my Jane Fonda!!! 🫶🏼

This got the sweat flying - yesss. I have such a hard time sustaining high knees, so that tiny little break to touch the floor and bring your knee back up worked great!

Loved this so much I did it twice in a row to make up my 30 minutes of workout for the day (plus warm up and cool down). I do low compact cardio twice a week with other trainers and then strength training with you guys four days a week, so it’s lovely to be able to stick with you for this too. Would live more workouts like this, especially anything boxing / kick-boxing related. Thanks guys!!
