In south Africa we often have something called potjie(the pot part is pronounced like koi but with a p and the tjie is pronounced like key). It's like a curry or stew but it's made in a big cast iron pit that's left for hours. You make it by almost layering the different vegetables and meats like a cake. By the end of it the meat is soft and packed with flavour and vegetables almost melt in your mouth.
“Tasty" is one of the best channels I enjoyed, recipes are great, and Videos are super cool. I enjoyed also the new channel called "Kitchenetic" with it's recipes and genuine videos prepared completely by a baking and cooking passionate girl ages about 13 years old.
