      Once I heard that Himalayan rock salt / pink salt is available only in , Pakistan occupied kashmir (Gilgit Province) then how come our ancestors used it ? even if so , a very mynute of them .

    Tappu tappu ani meeru tappu chepthunaaru... Calorie surplus will not make you to put on fat... Calorie surplus makes you to put on weight.. lots of difference between both... If you eat lots of fat you put on fat... If you eat protein more you put on muscle!
