    randomly searched for a diet Telugu interview, to listen to while I'm in a little break. very very true interview, so much connected to what he says, not sure Manjula mam had prepared the questions or she randomly asked, but every question is so good and every answer is so good, such a useful interview, whenever I lose motivation, I'll listen to this interview and correct my eating habits.
    Even making of this video is also cleverly made, the background is blurred to make the viewer focused, and sutle music in the background is a cool idea.

    Mam, ‘Indian institute of nutrition’ is located in Hyderabad only, please conduct the interview with the professor or Doctors over there. Not the nutritionist like this.
    First people should know the difference between nutritionist and Dietician.
    Read Nutrition books written by Indian authors like Sri Lakshmi.
    Only one word I can say - Anduke India lo scientists kanna Babaji’s famous

    Everything you eat goes into stomach. Lower stomach muscles mix what we eat with digestive juices. So, sandwich eating method is void.

    Your telling to eat frequent meals 4 to 5
    But researchers telling we can't eat regular meals because it will raise insulin it will lead to health problems obesity and diabetis heart' problems
    What about intermittent fasting?
    Eating only 2 meals for a day minimum 6 to 8 hours gap

    The information provided is good, but nowadays all vegetables, meat, milk, fruits and eggs are adulterated. Even tomatoes ans bananas are adulterated with calcium carbide.
