Flea market treasures can be some of the best. Every now and then you can luck into a really good, gently used knife that just needs a good cleanup. Some of the knife sellers are very knowledgeable, however, most don’t really don’t care about the knife cause they’re just looking to make a few bucks. Not every used knife is a candidate for a rescue mission, but there are some that are worth saving. You are truly The Knife Doctor. We always appreciate it when you take us along junking. God bless y’all and enjoy every day. - Tennessee Smoky
Great video!! The old boy you stopped at 1st said, "there aren't any other knives out here", you proved him wrong!! Great scores, thanks for taking us along for the ride!!
Those Flea Market finds are always a joy to find. Most of the people like to stay up front in the newer sections. I like to go digging way in the back of the places. That's where you find the diamonds in the rough at! If can do a little cleaning and fixing. That's the ticket guys!😊
i like when your at flea mkt looking at knifes gives me idea what the best are .. & how much they are ...thats the first thing i look for knifes.....im old school & like the old ones
Great haul you got some great deals especially on the sodbuster and the gerbera love going to the flea market please make more videos like this enjoyed it very much have a great day my friend and God bless you
Great haul, I need to find a few flea markets in driving distance to me to have some fun. Thanks for sharing, Live Long Prosper and Collect Your Own Way!
Hey bud them parker frost or just parker knives are very good knives as good as any buck knife I seen you pick one up with white bone handles the one that looked like the case changer or hammer head look alike them are very good knives made in seaki Japan
The Swiss knives you can just send back for warranty. The table where you picked up the Gerber Easyout had a nice little Dozier folder right up against the side closest to you. You should have checked that out Kabar used to make those light weight folders pretty inexpensive. That model and Benchmade's Bugout share a lot in common.
I always have trouble finding old swiss army ones. Im in the process of learning to repair knives. Recently I found dads old box of knives in my moms room. Iknow i saw a shrade, kamp king imperial and one made in hawaii no name
I enjoyed this video. I like swiss army knives, and pocket knives in general. I carry a Sak and a Gerber. I'm about to check out some more of your videos
The local flea markets around my area are great but the prices are outrageous plus you see people on their phones with Ebay looking up prices showing how much their worth and then get all mad when you try to get them to come down a little. One guy had some stuff we were really interested in but he wouldn't budge off the price and then got mad caused we asked if he would take 5 dollars less. He said I ain't giving it away and I see why people wasn't even stopping by his tables. Anyways I'm a new to the channel just found it and subbed. Keep up the great videos!
Thank you so much!! All the way from France!!! Awesome! I’ve been there before. I was in port of Toulon and trained at Camp de Canjuers. Beautiful Country!! Thanks for all the support!!
@@theknifedoctor youre very welcome, discovered your channel some days ago, absolutely love your country and culture as well, love buck knives too and do collect some antique firearms from the USA (1877 colt da lightning and Smith and Wesson 1 1/2 32rf).
Well if there was a Knife Shortage i know a guy that has all the knives LOL WOW that was a nice Haul lot of great finds the Old Hickory would make a nice video restoring that knife ... Keep up the great videos with a nice touch with the America Flag at the end ScoutCrafter does the same thing
English viewer here, but watching from California. I recently found an old Buck 119 c/w sheath for $2, it has lost its tip but has been reworked, blade now 5 3/4" . Have i done OK?
Great deal on that Zippo and SAK! And it’s amazing what some of the other sellers wanted for their overpriced knives and junk. Congrats for passing 2k subs! Cheers, RW
Awesome great video thanks for sharing. Do they still make Barlow knives? My dad used to have a Barlow and a hawk bill knife. He cut a piece off of a tire and made new handles for it. Then he kept using it for years.
Hey knife doc good video I have a lot of old knives found at flea markets to I like to pass on to u if u fix them up why not use deer horns for handles on the sides

So I just found your channel today, and watched a couple videos and definitely enjoyed them!! I'm sure glad you did bite on those 30$ zippo's!! Hahahah made me mad when he fed you that line!! I work for an army surplus store and the brand new zippo's start at 28$ and I've got a bunch of those us military silverware if you need more!!! Thank you for the video!
when you see the old ontario army machetes pick them up ontario is shutting down and the newer stuff they made was 1075 steel and junk but the old ones are thicker 1095
If you want to check out the best flea market in the south, you should try jockey lot in Anderson South Carolina. It’s supposed to be the largest flea market in the south you’ll spend all day there and not see everything.
The guy wanted 25 bucks for the old Buck eagle eye. I had one when I was a kid, I've been stalking one at the local knife case for like 6 months now; they want 30 bucks for it I tried to give him 20... they won't take. His was in good shape the one I'm looking at has a jacked up blade.
It always seems like the flea market vendors with the highest prices are the least likely to haggle with you. It's like they meant to open a retail store but made a wrong turn and ended up at the flea market by mistake.
This is the only one I have so far. If there was interest I would sell them. Do you want one? The cost would be close to $33 shipped. Thanks for the support and thanks for watching!!
LOL! I love the dance and I may pay a little more for what it’s worth sometimes just in order to be able to work on and save them. Thanks for watching!!
Even though prices are high, some of these guys are still asking too much! $5 form on that rusted up:busted handle Old Hickory was a rip off! I would of offered $1 Stubborn old dudes just trying to rip people off for an extra nickel! 🙄 Also that guy selling the Zippos was definitely high on something with those prices, completely absurd! He was trying to rip you off!
So, here I am, a South African guy living in England watching a guy in the States finding knives to fix up and I am thoroughly hooked! Awesome!
So Awesome!! Thank you so much for the support!!
I'm in Dublin right now and I wanted the boomsticks

How do you find flea markets like this? Ive been looking around near me but I've struggled to get into it.
