The porch is absolutely Spectacular..The small foyer and Entrance into the house is absolutely gorgeous..
The windows are elongated and Sleek and really brightens up the inside of the house..
It's an immaculate, Outstanding home and Kudo's to everyone involved in working on this Home..The kitchen is So Bright and absolutely Beautiful..The is whole house is designed really well and in Good taste.Very good size laundry Room in this Home... This is the first I’ve seen where there are separators that define the spaces even though they are really open concept . I like a really defined and recessed dining area.
That is definitely a home for a family or someone who loves to entertain.
I’m four minutes into it and I already love it. How they managed to have open floor concept and keep everything so sectioned at the same time is sublime.
I’m not crazy about the kitchen island thou.
I think the columns in each section is what helps give some definition to the open concept it is very nice though
I really enjoy touring these homes with you. I like to see how different each one is. And I figured you were from the south somewhere because of your awesome accent!!
You're right you can spread out in this house it looks ordinary on the outside more like a country house but when you get inside all the windows the open floor plan the upscale amenities... you're right.
I like the side door coming right into the kitchen. That is great for bringing in groceries ☺️

And a barbecue.
Love the layout. NO TO BARN DOORS. That bar in the kitchen is great for a buffet service bar. The China cabinets are lovely in the kitchen. Good, room for a freezer in utility room. Like the linen closet outside the bathroom off the kitchen. I like these shotgun style homes. You see them a lot through the South. Notice how the light pastel cream walls give the rooms a light airy larger look. The GRAY PAINT DOESN’T. That master needs sheers for curtains. Needs a tv for master bedroom. Like the subtle decor used for the bathrooms. Needs cornices and sheers for curtains. No apparent blinds in windows. It’s a home that says I’d love plants.
Hey Chance...this home was very different. It had some really nice large pane windows and I loved the porch. "No cereal in this house, eggs biscuits and gravy"😂 It was a interesting home to view on my birthday (like how I slid that in🤣). As always thank you!!!

This a fabulous home, open floor plan, large bedrooms, kitchen cabinets are exceptional. OMGosh I want one.
Was a different set up, it was open yet separated! I liked it.

I like that set up. It’s just me now but I have grandchildren who would come to stay and eat and keep me company. And a SINK in the laundry room! I love watching your videos mostly because of YOU! I love you! And your little boy is SO CUTE. Of course I thoroughly enjoy the homes!

This is a really beautiful layout. I love, like you were trying to say, that the living room, the kitchen, and the dining room seem to be separated but still also feel open concept. The island is beautiful with it's unique shape and design. Love the utility room too! The color scheme is also beautiful and neutral to imagine all sorts of personal styling and additions of choice colors. Not too sure about the shiny furniture cause I feel like every fingerprint would be easily seen and good for a crime scene analysis.LOL! I would like to see something like this in a 1400-1500 sq ft design with only 2 bedrooms. Thank you for all your wonderful filming of all the possibilities in modular homes with such a fun time through all your witty banter.

I toured a plantation home in Louisiana in the early 80s that had a graceful wrap around porch and the main porch was 22 feet long by 16 feet wide. I have never found an adequate porch on any home since then.😂

I’m southern and I hate biscuits and gravy. And around here it’s sausage gravy which is even worse. My son said that growing up that was the one thing he loved about camping with his dad’s family. He got biscuits and sausage gravy.

They actually had room for a freezer in the laundry room! I was thinking “I could live there!” But.... no master tub. (And no pantry). Dang it. lol Fabulous though.
There's a pantry next to the refrigerator he never opened, but it's pretty small just based on the floor plan.
I have to have a master tub and I would put a big pantry in the laundry room!
There was one with a pantry that was so nice,it had extra kitchen counter, like the kitchen and I would put my kitchen aid and Vita mix. But I have no idea which one it was!🤔

Well, it doesn't have a pantry, which is sad. BUT, the dedicated dining space is awesome! It's something you rarely see.

@The Real Truth we have seen a few pantry’s that have the doors like cabinets and when he opens the ‘cabinets’ is the pantry I guess we can’t be sure 🤷♀️

Many have thoughts as to what they would put here or there, however, your excitement is over the fact that in your experience with these home, makes this one stands out!!
And I agree with you! Any family owning this home will find it cozy, entertain-able, that is when we're able to go back, an inside world that is absolutely doable in the new normal in which we all live.

This is my favorite by Vanderbilt that you have shown so far. It is very spacious without being massive. Absolutely beautiful!!! And I have to say again that I love your antics and sense of humor. WOW,!! WOW!!!This is absolutely gorgeous. Very very open space which is what I want.. very nice layout. My own preference would be carpet in the bedroom, and wood floors throughout the rest of the house.

This is a very nice home!!!...Love the front porch!!!....Just wanted to mention as Senior myself and a home health care employee, I really love the master sizeable walk in shower.... Its very difficult for most seniors to get in and out of tubs or step over tubs....it can even be dangerous ...in fact I wouldn't be a bit surprised if in the future you will see elder housing remove tubs all together for a sit down space removable shower head.
As soon as you opened the door.... WOW! I am surprised with the lack of fireplaces in the last few houses you've toured. Definitely gotta have a fireplace for me lol!! Also, I'm not sure I like the stove top with separate oven. Could you have a regular oven out in or would they have to change something structural??
Mama need's a soaker escape, and the wire racks, but definitely one of the nicer floor plan's, add about 250 more square feet for 2nd living area and, FABULOUS.. TYVM..

It’s beautiful to say that the floor plan is different from what we normally would see, the downfalls is no pantry....plus I would have the porch wrap around to the side door. Yes, walking in was decorated and awesome.
Love this house chance my perfect house go 10 feet instead of 6 feet porch and add a nice deck off the kitchen door to be able to grill.. easy to shingle and maintenance it one day...

Decorators did a nice job here. The glass kitchen cabinets to the mirrored furniture - GREAT stuff. And a kitchen door is PERFECT too.

Love the tray ceilings. Love the sliding barn doors. Love the glass and metal stove hood. Some see thru kitchen cabinets. Nice touch
Vents are in the floor, that is a no-go for me.
I found out another use for the sink in the laundry room, I would use it for washing my fish tank things.
Why don’t homes in North Carolina have gas stoves?
Oh gosh yes, laundry tubs are useful for a multitude of things!!!!
I've been waiting for a home with a main entry on the end. Perfect for backing up to a pond, river, slough and capturing the water view.
