Engage your brain. The answer is very simple. Observing a football match on TV, anybody can have an opinion. If you see Maguire tripping over his own feet, you don't need to be an ex pro to make a comment on it. Contrast this with club owners. What they do on a day to day basis isn't televised is it. We can only hypothesise that 'this is a bad owner' but we don't know the challenges they face, the levels of debt they're in, the relationships they have with sponsors, agents etc.
