Do you know if there is any adaptive way to run a d4s bulb with a d3s system?
I cannot find any adapters. Just the ones for running d2s bulbs with a d1s system.

Very interesting! I was wondering of the pinout on d1s and d3s bulbs are the same. Would it be, for example, possible to use a d2s wiring loom with a d3s ballast and d3s bulb if you made the connector fit on the bulb?

@@chadfordham1 as far is I know, they are different. I ended up finding a wringing harness that fitted the bulbs and ballasts on aliexpress.
@@lorenzov9136 Thanks. I'm just trying to hardwire them at the moment to test the LEDs. Is the pin after the gap usually for the ground?
@@chadfordham1 wait sorry I'm confused, you have ballasts? You need ballasts to run these HID bulbs, on there own they dont work. Pinout I'm not sure, Its been three years ago😅

Which lamp is fast for cold start and burst mode.?
Both are slow if you need them for the HighBeam or fast start applications. That is where LED shine, but ... LED don't always have the Intensity, especially if the light unit is not designed for LED.
BestCarMods i get it. So if we comparise d1s or d3s which lamp is cheep fast long time?
@@hakanuzun D1S. Also with D1S you are able to get higher temp bulbs 5000k 6000k made by Philips or Osram. On my A4 B8 I have the D3S and I would have preferred having D1S.
