- This gun metal gray exterior BEHR paint has easily became my favorite paint. It hides all imperfections and it looks great on camera for resell purposes. I highly recommend using this paint for your RV Exterior painting needs. It reacts good to weather and mildew and its great on the wallet. I'll definitely be using a paint sprayer next time for my RVs.

Honestly, that paintjob looks incredible. I never understood why RV companies all decided on the same swirl graphic paintjob. This looks 100x better.
Never thought of doing such a different color from the typical white/beige. My husband would love this.
This is inspiring, I am going to be painting my RV soon and I think this looks great. I notice though, you have a lot of water damage in the front, you should look into fixing that. I used West System Epoxy for some of the delamination I had, but I had to rebuild some of the framing in the front of my class C because the water had rotted out some of the wood. Water is probably leaking in from the roof, very common but a big job to fix.

Auto paint and a paint sprayer will give you that auto paint look like your car. Auto body paint is not that expensive and you can get it from Amazon or your local auto parts store. Good luck....
My slide in camper will be close to this color to match my Silverado. I was thinking rattle cans until I saw you roll this on. Perfect.

Awesome work! I'm going to be doing the same but think I'm going to take out the windows to do the entire frame (inside and outside) black then tint them. Mine have 0 tint 😆 One thing I think would make yours pop even more...the corner seams in black. Looks like all of the new trailers come with that. Makes it look even more modern. I'm going to add some of those massive ''swoosh' decals too..or paint them on.. Again great work you too! And..., now I know what paint you use too! I only wish I had a spray booth to use automotive paint. Enjoy!

Do i need to primer if I am using the same paint on an aluminum trailer. If so what primer should i use?
I'm going to be doing the same thing soon. I am trying to gather all the information I need. I'm going over the road full time and I don't want paint to be flaking off. Did you talk to a paint rep or do any research as to what type of paint to use on top of this fiberglass lamination? And what kind of primer did you use?

By far looks like the easiest way to paint it. Did you use exterior house paint? It looks like it's been a few years sent you of painted it. Have you had any problems with it flaking or peeling.

It looks like you have some delamination going on in front on the right side. Great job though. I hope it holds up well for you. I'm stripping decals right now and it's obvious I'm going to have to paint mine as well.

Hey, just subscribed to your channel. It looks great. Wish I could have talked to you about Rustoluem, the other paint and using rolling brush before you used it. Long story short, it will most likely start peeling in the next year, depending on where you live. You may want to put a clear coat on it to make it last longer. In the future, Auto paint and a paint sprayer would have given you that auto paint look like your car. Auto body paint is not that expensive as people think. I will post our video of our paint job once I finish. Again, great job and safe travels. We finished our RV interior rehab a few months ago and posted it on our channel. We hope to join everyone on the road starting in Spring.
Oh yeah, try GraphXOff to remove your decals and stickers. I have a video of it on my channel. It's 1000000 times easier.
