One of the best tips i have ever gotten when rolling on paint - paint the base colour, place the tape, REAPPLY THE BASE COLOUR, then apply the new colour. Reapplying the base colour stops bleeding and makes a PERFECTLY STRAIGHT line!
Great job! U R giving me inspiration as well. I just finished full remodel of interior and starting exterior paint job. U answered my question re brush/roller strokes in the Pros n Cons. I actually painted the lower skirt using spray cans as well as the compartment door trim. Raptor Liner sent me a case and where U painted dark blue I will spray with Raptor. I'm still undecided re remaining area, but you've given me inspiration/ideas. Thx
Questions: What formulation of Baer primer and finish coat paint did you use; oil, acrylic enamel, acrylic latex? What type of paint roller did you use? Ed
It’s been two years a looks great still. We wash it every trip too and still holds up great. That being said, I would like to add some sort of epoxy clear coat or something.
I've been a painter for twenty+ years and i just learned that brushing downwards off the tape trick from you. I don't use tape very often but this is good knowledge.
I'm wondering if you did a few clear coats over the rolled/brushed paint if it might take out some of those imperfections? I'm not a painter, so I don't actually know.
In the middle of removing our decals now! I also used the scraper but the decals were cracked from being in the sun and that made it so much harder to get them to just peel off. So time consuming! Did you consider using acetone to remove the sticky stuff from decals?
Behr exterior primer - good with fiberglass Behr Stucco tan for the light beige semi gloss finish Behr Burberry teal for the teal Behr maple glaze for the mustard colour
Hey, love this, we recently got a food trailer and I’d love to know what brand paint your using and the type of roller, sorry if you c9ver it, I’m hard of hearing and only half way through the video 😂
Looks great! I’ve seen some others paint using a high gloss marine grade paint called Interlux. Wonder if you looked at that? I’m looking at using it for my front cap as even after many round of compound cutting/polishing the oxidation still leaves it dull.
Do you happen to remember if the behr paint was a latex or enamel? Hoping to get started on my RV this week but this is the only thing I’m wondering still!! thanks :)
May I ask how many cans of paint it took to complete this project? I'm looking to paint my camper trailer soon and trying to get a rough idea of how much it may need. Thank you!

It's time for me to paint my camper and this video really inspired me to get the job done before winter.
I got a quote for painting our TT, but now, after watching this video, I am going to paint it!
This makes my day! I will be doing this to my new to me motorhome (with only 12K miles). Thanks for sharing!
Absolutely love that paint job. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I'm looking to buy a used rv and saved your video. Great instruction & info!! Thanks so much!!
I reallt appreciate the tip on painting top down over the tape. WIsh I knew that sooner. :)
Great color combo!
This looks amazing! I love the colors and design.
Thank you for showing something painted by hand and not spraying 👍🏼
Really nice color combination. great job.

Thank you!!
Thank you great video. Thanks for walking through the entire process. Color choices really make it work!
Amazing job! Congrats, and thanks for sharing your tips.

looks great....how is the paint job holding up? Sun, debris, bugs on the front cap, etc
Did you do any clearcoat or sealant? How long are you expecting this to last? Thanks!

What size nap was used for your roller sleeves please ?
Looks good

Use a high quality brush and proper roller to limit texture. Also a nice 320/400 grit sandpaper will buff any high spots.
Looks GREAT!
Can you give us a quick video of how the paint is holding up?
Did you remove the caulk on the seams?
Did you use a finish coat to keep the paint sealed?
Can you link the products you used

Can this be done to a motorhome as well, or is that different for some reason?
Great job btw love it 😀
Beautiful! What were the colors of paint that you used?
I’ll have to look them up. But they were all Behr paint!
Behr exterior primer - good with fiberglass
Behr Stucco tan for the light beige semi gloss finish
Behr Burberry teal for the teal
Behr maple glaze for the mustard colour
That looks really good
Hi what kind of paint do you used for exterior ?
Thank, you for you're video
What kind of roller did you use? Trying to find info on doing this to our front cap. Yours Looks fantastic!
Would this work on aluminum too?

Can I do truck bed liner for my paint?
Was the behr paint latex? Looks sharp.

I bet you upped the value quite a bit on your camper doing this too

It was enamel. It has held up great over two camping seasons so far.
Looks awesome! How did you get the stripes to be so perfect? Just tape and measuring tape? Chalk line?
Just measuring with a tape measure and some painters tape!
How many gallons of paint did you use?
About 1.5-2 gallons of each
How did it hold up after 1 year?
How many gallons did you need to primer and paint
Do you know the actual name of the tan color that you used on the outside and inside?
What is the name for the navy paint? I got berry teal, stucco tan, maple glaze, and____.
May I ask how many cans of paint it took to complete this project? I'm looking to paint my camper trailer soon and trying to get a rough idea of how much it may need. Thank you!
I only need one gallon per color. The cream took 2 gallons. 👍
crazy to me how often people want to change their trailers from white and yet how all the new trailers are still coming in white
Flood eliminates brush marks
I cringed when you started sanding the Gelcoat off, To each his own. The rig looks great.
Would you paint on top of the gel coat? Or after painting reapply something?

Too many colors, waste of time
