The numbers will go up. In my humble opinion, you guys are genuine and the best out there. Followed by Bill and Lisa. We live in Vegas and are foodies and love cruising. You have provided super, entertaining info on both. Keep doing what you're doing.

Just loved the food review. Rachael is a treasure. Nothing better than a reviewer that actually likes food and really eats during the review. Pepita is the Spanish word for pumpkin seed which is common in New Mexico. The food all looked really good and makes me excited to try in Vegas. Thanks for sharing your adventure.

I really enjoyed this format. We love to go to great restaurants when in Vegas, but they are getting so expensive. It's good to see a great value at a high-end restaurant. I vote for another one of these with this format.

Pepita is pumpkin seed usually smaller. Popular snack in Mexico. Most people eat the entire thing. Roasted and salted

I have ALWAYS loved Emeril's banana creme pie. Sooooo delicious! When we went to Vegas for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary back in 1999, we took them to Emeril's Fish House and every single person in the family got the banana creme pie and loved it. Then my husband hit a hot streak on blackjack which covered the entire lunch bill for everyone! Those donuts looked awfully good, though!

In Pennsylvania Dutch Territory, Chicken & Waffles is stewed chicken in a thickened broth poured over fresh made waffles. We serve them with small gherkin pickles as a contrast. Not until moving across the country did we ever see fried chicken and waffles. Since discovering fried chicken and waffles, we realized that that is the norm and not our favorite way. ❤
Now that sounds like a very cool way to eat it. Sounds like Turkey ala king but with Chicken over waffles. That should be a thing

And damn, that was a gargantuan banana pie, and I'm going all-in on that one :) Nice to hear you shared a bit of those "extras" w/ Rachael, wouldn't be cool if you didn't lol. Too bad the burger didn't come w/ fries, but I think that pasta may be calling me out, have you heard if that's a good choice by chance??
We haven’t heard about the pasta but if the rest of the food is an indication, you likely couldn’t go wrong!

Loved this format. You guys made me laugh. Felt a little sorry for Rachel at times. Ate at DelMonicos back probably in 2011. Did dinner and we had eaten there before. It was very good back then. Glad to see it is still there and still soooo good.

We actually like to go off strip for breakfast value spots. Check out our videos for DuPars, Craft Kitchen, Winnie and Ethel’s, 1228 and Morning News! Great value spots that have been our favorites.

I would prefer the whole chicken pieces with the waffles! That’s because I prefer dark meat chicken, and would treat the waffle as a side to the dish rather than a main component.
For lunch, the price fixe menu would be my choice. That steak is very tempting, though.

A couple next to us got the burger and it was decent sized! We would definitely recommend and try the burger when we return!
Just back from a local stay at the Circa downtown. Went to Nevada Brew Works for lunch. Not bad but we should have had either the burger or pizza. We got apps and a beer flight. Apps just okay. Dined at Barry’s that evening. We have dined here previously and really enjoyed it. This time was a miss. Great service all around but tough filets. Oscars and Andiamo offers a much better experience IOHO. With that said, we love Circa. Just a great energy level. Your food looked great but I do think the chicken should be off the bone when paired with waffles. That Banana Cream pie……Oh my……
Shoot. Yea we definitely go with the burger and pizza at Nevada Brew Works. We have been a tad disappointed with the pretzel and the cheese curds (overfried leading to cheese oozing out) in the past. We have only been to Barry's once but did enjoy it. Stinks that the filets were tough - that is what they are best for is texture so it stinks when it's not right on.

Chicken and waffles PA Dutch style. Waffle is not a sweet waffle. You dice up Chicken (white and Dark), add to chicken gravy and pour it over the waffles. It's amazing
