Them old pushrod v6s stay sounding amazing
It didn't matter what the size was.
Always sounded a lot better and smoother than your dohc v6s like the VQs and stuff
This 4.3 V6 sounds fenominal, and looks really cool with side pipes on it👍
Sounds great! I feel like maybe a black/polished tip woulda looked better on it but to each their own
You can get some good sound out the 4.3's. This one sounds damn nice!!
I put a straight through cat and Flowmaster 40 series on my '98 Blazer (Original cat imploded and got stuck in the 55gal drum sized muffler).
Wasn't too loud at idle, but had a good deep sound when you gave it the beans!
When I was little my dad had a straight piped v6 cheyene and I thought it was a v8 for the longest time.
My dad had a 97 4.3 5 speed 1500 ext can was a great truck quick too for what it was lots of memories
Buddy killing the clutch there
Damn that thing sounds really nice. I'm impressed
Those 4.3 sound good for a v6
Easily the most American sounding V6 ever.
It is the most American V6. GM took a 350 V8 and took out 2 cylinders. It's 262 C.I.D. Also a 90° V6
It's the biggest V6 I know of
@@collinklitz7434 GMC used to have a 305 V6 used in heavy duty trucks back in the day.
@@AreaThirteenThirteen my coworker was telling me about that
Que chingón saludos de Monterrey suena bien chingon❤️😎🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
That oil pressure man! Maxed out at 80
Classic OBS brings back the memories 😂
thats crazy mine sits at about 60
I was thinking the same thing lol
Might look better if the tip is turned 180 degree but sounds good tho
What Vibrant bottle would you recommend for a 2017 Ford Taurus SHO?
I have the same 4.3 v6 in my blazer. Can't beat it .😎
Got one in my 99 blazer and I've been running a straight pipe in it for a while now and after a while it gets droney and annoying. I'm definitely getting a vibrant for it now tho, this thing sounds amazing!
You said that this has a Vibrant 3" inlet /outlet the link does not look like the one on the truck.... do you have the model number of the one on the truck? Thanks Rod
Is the link shared the same muffler. Looks different from what you installed
I have this exact same truck in 2wd
What’s the exhaust diameter off the cat? I’m looking at building myself a custom exhaust and I’m getting mixed diameter amounts it’s either 2.5 2.75 or 3” idk.
2.5 or 3 inch depending on build would work
Sounds good for a v6
Not fan of the side pipes but I ha e to say it sounds nice
How much did you charge for this exhaust
Mans had all the oil pressure
I miss my 95
I love the sound of a 4.3 with agressive exhaust but I've always thought they sounded kinda raspy and odd with any kind of packed style muffler. They sound way better straight piped or with chambered style mufflers!
Dont sound bad. 👍
The 4.3 is the best Truck V6 ever!. Chevy 350c.i. V8 with 2 cylinders removed. Great engine, too bad it's not made anymore
The 300 straight six is better 😎
@@MnDakota37 that's why I said V6. If you're talking just gasoline powered 6's for trucks; then the 300 is best. Also the 4.3 is only 262 cubic inches. V6's don't like to balance nicely like the Inline 6's. I think straight 6's sound better, but the 4.3 being "odd firing" and 90° makes it sound better than the typical even fire 60° V6's in my ears
@@jonathanryan2915 i will agree that it sounds pretty dang decent. A heck of a lot better than any of the other 6 cylinder vehicles shown on here.
The best V6 truck is the Tacoma!!!
@@robertjebediahfreeman now that, I'll 100% agree with. Toyota makes quality engines!
What’s the exhaust called?
can anyone explain why ppl do tailpipes in front of the tire or behind? just curious
It's an old school style reminiscent of old school 60s and early 70s muscle cars. One of the most notable cars with this style of exhaust was the 70s dodge challenger t/a.
Old school muscle shit, it’s best on old trucks like these.
4.3 v6!!!!
Not bad actually. Low rpms it almost sounds like a kenworth
Me gusta!
Not a truck guy but nice truck.
Inb4 the V8 white knights who don’t own V8s
My 01 s10 blazer 4.3 5 speed with headers no cat and a super 10 sounds almost like this just a lil me rumble it's hard to tell mines a v6 till your at about 4000 rpm.
not too bad 😏
🤔
where are you located
3560 Dickerson rd Nashville TN 37207
Where are y’all lovated
Somewhere in Pennsylvania

Sounds like a POS Dodge....good job 👍
And old man wrecks 200 yards down the road
